While Naomi and Yara were on their get together and respectfully conspiring about Silas, Lucas was trapped with being around Noah for a couple more hours.

The same Noah who always sits next to him in class.

The same Noah who snores near him and always seems so comfortable drooling away on the notebook he's supposed to write notes in.

The same Noah who takes out his laptop but doesn't seem to turn it on until the middle of the class.

The same Noah who always seems to do so well in his classes despite showing not a care in the world.

But the most of annoying of it all, in Lucas' personal opinion, is that he is the same Noah that is FORCED to be around since they have the same major.

Now back to reality, Lucas needs help understanding an algorithm in order to get some proper understanding before midterms start coming up. Crazy enough the professor himself recommended that Noah was the one to help him since he had the best grades in the class.

To say he was surprised to be told such a recommendation would be an understatement. But most of all the fact that he needed to push away his pride and ask someone that his ex-girlfriend cheated on him with for help was eating away at him even NOW.

Noah Williams always had a way in putting a dent on his whole entire day.

"My man, did you hear what I said?"

There was no point in lying, so Lucas didn't and was quick to let his friend Caesar know that he needs to repeat whatever he said.

Caesar hated school. He hated studying and most of all he hated writing papers. To put it bluntly, he's in college just in case the professional soccer carrier doesn't go as successful as he planned.

"I said, how the fuck you're going to be able to be tutored by Noah? I don't even think I have ever heard you not be sarcastic to each other"

"Tell me about it! Man, I don't know what I'm going to do because I really need to get a decent grade on that midterm exam"

"Well, good luck and can you actually start out by being nice to him?"

"What are you talking about? I know how to properly talk to people, I don't need that "he's a nice guy" comment that you mentioned a few weeks ago"

Caesar got some IT/computer help from Noah ONE time and he thinks that he is a nice and cool dude.

I don't buy it!

I have a tendency to pick up bullshit a mile away.

"What's the plan later?

I had no damn plan. So I sucked it up and went straight to Noah. He was asked by a second party on my behalf and he specified that he was only available Tuesdays, Wednesdays , and Thursdays. When it was specified by such of a second party that I, Lucas, was the one that required his teaching services. He surprisingly wasn't sarcastic or say any type of annoying remark. Rather he just smirked and I don't know if It was just the sunlight but his teeth just had a slight gleam to it.

Things have gone well and the first tutoring session was confirmed. I was feeling happy with myself that I got the task done. Whether it was me that specifically asked or not, truly did not matter. Again, the task was successfully completed, and even better yet It wasn't needed to  truly interact with him. During the tutoring sessions of course that would change, I was taught in the skills of being cordial. Treating someone as an acquaintance and continuing to just respect them as a human being. Well, when it comes to Noah, I'll just try my best.

The rest of the day should have been smooth sailing. But just before I went to my desired section in the library, I was stopped by the man himself.

"Noah, what's up?"

"Nothing, I was just wondering when you're free for that date that I was promised"

Date?

Let me just say that I have been told many times by both family and friends that my face has a way of revealing exactly how I feel. It just happens naturally and it's something that I learned that I truly can't control.

But that word.

Date.

Dating.

The fruit known as the Date?

My ears were just ringing away.

Wasn't he still dating my ex-girlfriend?

"What did you say? I'm not really understanding"

"Are you really playing confused? Caesar told me that you needed some help before exams. I agreed an-"

"Yeah, you agreed and I'm going to stop you right there. I'm going to pay you for the help, not to
Worry"

"Pay me? You're funny. I specifically said that as payment for my tutoring services, for you specially Lucas, is a date with me"

The devil has won.

I might actually go to jail today.

Because if anything of what I am being said is true, I'm going to kill Caesar.
