Once Taylor was released from the hospital, she walked out to the waiting room to see Andrea cradling a sleeping Willow.
"Oh honey! Are you ok?", Andrea asked in a hushed tone, handing Willow to Travis.
"I'm fine mom. The doctors just said to drink more water", Taylor said, only partly lying. Technically, the doctor had told Taylor to drink more water to help the baby.
"Oh, that's good. Well, you guys should go home so you can rest", Andrea said, embracing her daughter.
"That's a good idea. Thanks for watching Willow", Taylor said, taking Travis's hand as he led her to the car. They both had smiles on their faces, bursting with happiness.
When they got home, Travis took a tired Willow to her bed. Taylor sat on the couch, placing a hand on her flat stomach. There was a baby in there. It was still sinking in.
"Hello there Mama", Travis said, sitting beside her on the couch.
Taylor smiled. "I can't believe we're having a baby".
"Me too. Gosh, I'm so happy. There's a baby in you. I put a baby in you", Travis said, processing it himself. He wrapped his arm around Taylor, pulling her close.
"Yes. You put a baby in me. But when you put it that way", Taylor agreed, stroking his beard.
"Well, I'm not wrong. I did put a baby in you", reasoned Travis.
"You're so dirty minded", Taylor said, kissing his lips. Travis kissed back.
The next day, Willow, Taylor and Travis went to Patrick's house. Willow was squealing in the backseat out of excitement to play with her friend Sterling.
They entered Patrick's house, Travis holding Willow on his hip.
"Willow!", squealed Sterling, greeting Willow at the door.
"Sterling!", Willow said, squirming out of Travis's arms and hugging her friend.
"Want to play with dolls in my room?", Sterling asked her little friend. Willow nodded her head of pigtails, both girls dashing upstairs with loud thumps.
"They stay this way. You still do this with your friends", Travis said quietly to Taylor.
"Shut up Kelce", Taylor said, rolling her eyes but smiling.
"Taylor! How have you been?", Brittney greeted, embracing her friend.
"I've been good. Great, actually", Taylor answered, hugging her friend back.
"Hey man", Travis said, nodding at Patrick.
The four of them sat on the couch.
"I'll be right back. Does anybody want a beer or anything?", Brittney asked.
Taylor and Travis had agreed that while Taylor had to abstain from alcohol, Travis would minimize it so she wasn't the only one suffering.
"Sure", Patrick said to his wife.
"No thanks. Taylor and gave up alcohol for Lent", Travis answered. He obviously hadn't thought that through very well because it was October; the church holiday Lent being in March.
Taylor mentally punched Travis, not wanting to cause a scene.
"Ok. You guys do realize that Lent isn't until March, right?", Brittney asked skeptically.
Suddenly, the puzzle pieces clicked in Brittney's mind. Patrick, like most men, didn't pick up on the clue, letting it fly over his head.
"Taylor, want to help me get Patrick's beer?", Brittney asked.
