Taylor was 16 weeks pregnant. While she was glad that her first trimester was over, the vomiting and sickness didn't seem to slow down as much as she thought it would by now. She was already very uncomfortable and irritable, similar to woman in their third trimester. This was due to the fact that she had two occupants in her uterus, making her bigger and more uncomfortable.

"Travis!", Taylor yelled from the couch.

"I'm right here. Do you want more ice cream?", Travis asked, sitting beside Taylor on the couch. Taylor lay on the couch, resting on her side.

"Are you trying to make me sick? I can't even look at another thing of ice cream without puking my brains out", groaned Taylor, sitting up on the couch slowly. While her belly was not that big, it was starting to get in the way of things. She had to hem the waistline of her pants. However, she mostly just wore sweatpants.

Suddenly, waves of sad emotion ran over Taylor. She felt her bottom lip quiver. Thoughts raced through her brain about how in many of her favorite romcoms, the main characters never ended up together and for some reason, that sent her on the verge of tears.

Taylor sniffled, trying to keep her sobs in. Even Taylor herself didn't quite understand the reason behind her sadness, but it still felt very real to her.

"What's wrong?", Travis asked, softly, wiping away a stray tear.

"You'll think it's stupid", she sobbed. Taylor felt so embarrassed for randomly crying.

"No I won't. Just tell me baby", Travis coaxed, pulling her into a hug.

Taylor's small frame shattered in Travis's arms.

"Shh, it's ok", Travis soothed, kissing her head as he held her close.

"I don't know what's wrong with me", Taylor blurted out as she buried her face into the crook of Travis's neck. Poor Taylor was never this emotional pre - pregnancy.

"Nothings wrong with you. You're my perfect girl. You're just more emotional because of the hormones from the babies, that's all", Travis stated, rubbing her back.

Taylor's emotions quickly changed from sadness to anger. "That's all?!", Taylor exclaimed, escaping his grasp.

"I mean...", Travis began.

"I'm sorry, but I don't need you to mansplain my very real emotions to me like I'm a child. In fact, i'm the one who's carrying your two children who will more than not likely be big babies, so the last thing I want to hear is your explanation of why i'm feeling a certain way", Taylor spat. She wasn't quite sure why this set her off before. She'd never yelled at Travis like this before.

Travis was taken aback by her tone. He took a deep breath, remaining his composure.

"I'm sorry. You're right", Travis said. When it came to pregnancy hormones, Travis found it easier to just admit the fault even if he didn't commit it and move on. But in this case, he did feel remorse because he didn't need to handle the situation like this.

Travis took a sobbing Taylor's hand, feeling horrible for the way she felt. She looked miserable. Taylor constantly vomited most of the night and couldn't get to sleep because she couldn't find a comfortable position. Her favorite outfits no longer fit her due to the pregnancy.

Taylor said nothing back. She buried her face in her hands and sobbed.

"Oh baby. Please, talk to me. I love you so much", Travis pleaded, scooting close to Taylor and engulfing her into his arms.
