Dear guest who gave me my first kudo (on AO3),

I know you are probably never gonna read this and I am assuming that you clicked on it on accident, still I wish you had a username so that I could cherish you in my heart forever.

"So, I am from the second server. That means we should especially focus on that one, as it is the most probable one to develop another one like me. But I guess you figured that out on your own." Bluctro smiled at me and I grinned back up at him. Bluctro makes me happy.
My smile didn't last long though.

"Bluctro..."
"Tell me, what are you worried about?", he put his hand on my shoulder, giving it a gentle squeeze.
"It's just that I'm scared to continue", my hand searched his, while my eyes seemingly looked for words in the air. "You turned out like a dream. You are a dream come true. Better than I could have ever imagined. But how many kind AIs can we make, until an evil one eventually turns out? Five, maybe ten, or just three? We can't know that and I'm not sure if I want to risk that. To risk us..."

Bluctro pulled me into a warm hug.
"I understand you. How about we stop working for now? Would you like some time to think about everything? I honestly don't really care about creating another one like me right now. But in the future, yes." He stroked my head delicately, calming me down again. My head was resting against his chest. It seems like I could never get enough of the soft humming inside of him.

"Can we go on a walk?"

Bluctro smiles again. "Of course. Anything for you."

I hug him and then take his hand to walk him up the stairs and out of the bunker door.
This is not the first time that we go out on a walk. It was evening, the sun was barely set over the horizon and a cool wind accompanied us. Nobody would be out this deep into the forest at such a late time. And I thought to myself, if we ever encounter a person, we could just tell them that Bluctro is a human in a costume. Nobody would question that since we live in a weird world.

"You know what? I could probably go grocery shopping with you. We could just say that you are  a cosplayer or something and then they'd just be like 'alright', and go on with their day." I told him half-jokingly.

He looked over to me with a slight amused smile and said, "You know that this would still be a bad idea. People would ask a lot of questions, and then they'd start wondering who I actually am. From where I came from, what I actually look like and why I only walk around in 'costume'"

I laughed. "Yeah, you're right. That would be a terrible idea. Imagine all the town gossip about us!"

Bluctro began to chuckle too and then told me another idea: "What if we went to a big city? Especially an American one. They would maybe look at us once and then never again. They might even completely ignore us, because they think that we want money."

"Oh, do you mean like these people who dress up as superheroes, make selfies with other people and then demand money? Or maybe they'd think that you are a performance artist. But that would attract you to them, wouldn't it? I think people like street performances."

Bluctro nods slightly, but also adds at the same time, "I am not a human, human. Don't ask me."

We continued our walk for quite some time, until we found some big rocks to rest upon.

The last sun beams tickled our faces and the birds brought the message to every being that the time for rest will soon be here.

"What a beautiful day, isn't it?" I closed my eyes and leaned against my lover.

Bluctro gently pushed the strands of hair out of my face and grabbed my chin softly. "Nothing is as beautiful as you, my light"

"Stop acting like this is a romance story"

"Stop ruining the moment", and then he kissed me. I didn't refuse.

"A human and a robot, sitting on a rock, kissing!", I sang when we let go of each other. He probably just rolled his eyes.

Bluctro suddenly pointed at a bush, he probably just detected a wild animal. I tried to find it with my eyes and then I saw it. There was an actual wallaby! It looked at us almost curiously and came closer. I was hoping that it was a friendly one, since they can be aggressive.
Bluctro must be a disney princess, then out of nowhere he was petting the animal's back. I was certainly surprised. But then the wallaby approached me. I held my hand above its head, but Bluctro warned me. "Don't pet their heads, only their backs".
I did just that and the marsupial surprisingly seemed to enjoy it. But it didn't last long and it wanted to rip open my backpack that I brought along. So before it could do just that, I took it out and gave the animal the apple that was inside. Now that it was completely satisfied with some pets and food, it quickly disappeared somewhere into the bushes again.

"You got me worried there for a second", Bluctro said with a stern voice.

I looked up at him confused. "What? Why? What did I do?"

"You could have gotten seriously injured. You put your hands in front of its face while it was trying to get the apple out of your backpack. It could have bitten you, or worse."

I stood up and walked towards him. "Bluctro... I-" I wanted to say more, but he interrupted me.

In a calm voice he said, "How could I have brought you to a hospital? I could not do that without risking everything. What if you were bleeding too much? What if you needed a rabies shot immediately? What if you'd just die? You humans are so fragile...", but he was clearly angry.

"Bluctro, no... Don't think about that." I took his face in my hands. "I promise I will be mo-". He interrupted me again, this time not with words, but with a kiss.

"Don't give me a promise that I clearly know you won't be able to keep." He grabbed me by the waist and kissed me again. "I think we should head back now. It's getting dark", he added.

I just nodded my head and then we went back. As we were walking, something came to my mind. "Bluctro? Do you... Ever Just see something black somewhere in the distance, or in the corner of your eye?"

The robot was silent for a moment. "It is a normal thing for humans to see shadows"

"I don't mean shadows. I am used to walking around alone in the woods, but since a few months I've been seeing these glimpses of black. I've also been feeling like something is watching me. Even when I'm at home, in my room. I have never felt like that in my whole life."

Bluctro didn't say anything. He just grabbed my hand tighter and walked faster.

"Bluctro?"

"Let's just go"
