Spock stays at Avilasa's open door even after Christopher leaves her quarters and when she wakes up he asks her from that very spot "are you testing me!?!"  she looks at him and asks with a slightly rude confused tone "excuse me!?!"  she walks closer to where he stands and says in her own language... which she had taught him back when they first met.... with a rude tone "oh I see because you're half Vulcan you're the only one who is not allowed to be in full control of their emotions!"  he replies with a slight stammer in his tone "that's not what I-!"  she asks in her own language which she's somewhat surprised that he remembers "you truly don't get it do you!?!"  he looks at her curiously "because of how long it took us to "connect" our bond is.... mending itself!"  his eyes widen as she continues "yes I'm connected to those closest to me but you most of all! and I feel EVERYTHING you're feeling!.... some days I wonder if you've only allowed yourself to "make something" of our bond because T'Pring literally gave you permission to!"  he says with a slight stammer in his tone "that's not why I--!"  she growls in her own language "I'm not finished!"  his eyes widen in fear for she's never been this dark with him before "I knew you pushed back how you felt about me but I didn't think you had forgotten me completely! and you not even remembering that today was the day I had met your family proved that I was wrong!.... I find it interesting that you would confide everything that is going on within your heart to that "precious" nurse of yours but not to me!"  she says in her own language she pauses then says in her own language "no Spock I'm NOT "testing you" as a matter of fact I think I've made a mistake! I NEVER should have allowed this to happen! I NEVER should have allowed us to get this close, to love each other like our.... well MY heart wants to! but I was for the first time in my life being selfish! I wanted to be able to love you like I've been waiting to do for far too long! even with those small doubts that I have in my mind wondering if you completely want it yourself especially since your still "stuck" "needing" to do your "duty", we both know that this may not last because we both know that there may be a small chance that T'Pring will once again commit to the Mind Bond your people create between one child and another but I was willing to allow what we had to continue until the day that happened and now I'm not so sure I want to! I'm not so sure you're WORTH all this pain you're putting me through! and I wish I could break our bond which is made by our hearts not a Mind Link Bond but I can't not until you reject me in both words and actions!"  he says with a straightforward matter of fact tone "I will never!"  she replies in her own language "I wish you would for that pain won't last as long as this one does!.... I can't reject you I still want you too badly but.... perhaps you can make little Miss "I just want to have a good time and not completely commit to someone" dreams come true and give her a chance to "have a little fun" with you for she's still quite infatuated with you so much so she THINKS it's love but unlike me she still refuses to completely commit to said love though I will tell you this much she gives HORRIBLE advice especially when it comes to relationships! then again since she's never actually been in one that matters much less counts because of her lack of commitment to one!"  he asks softly with a whispered tone "may I come in!?"  she replies "no you may not!"  he frowns the sadness he feels apparent in his eyes "the door opens because the program I placed within it is used to you having free reign here it stays open so I know how long you stay in front of it"  she tells him he smiles "what are you afraid of Spock!?!"  she asks he frowns then says softly "come here!"  she walks over to him and he takes a step back so that she could walk out of her quarters then he places the tips of his fingers along the side of her head and using what he remembers from the ritual that happened between him and T'Pring as children creates a Mind Link between him and her that thanks to her doesn't break the one he has with T'Pring which for some reason is slowly getting weaker and he knows it isn't because of the Kitsune he loves with every beat of his heart that now stands in front of him and as they link he gains all the memories he lost for reasons even he didn't know then again it was easier to not remember how much he loves her if he didn't remember her at all especially how long he's known and loves her and she sees what happened when he lost his sister from his point of view from the moment he left the Enterprise and became a prisoner to the moment he said goodbye to his sister for the very last time for he began to understand what she was trying to tell him much like that human saying "what the Federation doesn't know won't hurt it" and she was giving him a way to tell her without the Federation ever finding out "I don't want to lose you!"  he whispers in her language after the Link had been broken as he places his forehead on hers she smiles then says while hiding the sarcastic bite that wanted to come out in her words "funny how you remember my language but not me!"  he half chuckles and she walks back into her quarters closing the door behind her and he frowns at the now closed door then walks away with sadness in every step he takes.... a few hours later Avilasa is sitting with Christopher in the Crew Lounge and he asks her from within her mind "so.... how do you know Saru!?"  she replies into his "his home planet was one of my mothers favorites to visit, yes I said visit but with the way they fear outsiders it's understandable why we only visited"  he chuckles as she continues "my parents always made sure we met with the Village Priest whenever we visited and during the time they had visited with me the Priest we met with was Saru's father Aradar I found it surprising that he was so welcoming with my family because of their people's fear but I guess it was his family that they had always went to see everytime they visited"  he nods with a smile he could guess the rest for Saru seemed rather fond of her like they were friends that rarely got to see one another he bet she got along with Siranna as well "I helped Siranna see them as well"  she says into his mind he chuckles as she continues "though at a much later time and this time it was easier for Kehau and I seemed to be able to um "blend" our abilities together and make the link stronger"  he smiles....
