Mike ran to Smith "yes daddy"he said.
Smith bent brought out his wallet and gave mike a 100 dollar note.
"Take this and get yourself some treat" Smith stood up and clears his throat
"Thank you daddy" mike said knowing he won't be staying
"Remember daddy loves you" Smith said as he opens the door and leaves with his wife.
SEVERAL MONTHS LATER,
Joan and her boss had already been dating for 3 months.
Joan enters and closes the door
Joan's mum sitting on the sofa watching TV with Mike.
"Mummmyyyy" Mike said as he ran to hug his mum.
" How are you baaabbbyyy" Joan asked as she carries him
"I'm okay mum" Mike replied
"Good evening mum" Joan said
"Evening Jojo how was work" her mum asked.
" It was better than I expected" Joan replies
"Guess what I got you" Joan said to mike as she drops him and opens her bag and brought out a chocolate bar.
" A chocolate bar" mike said as he jumps in excitement
" Noo, he already ate two today" Joan's mum said
"Last one granny,I promise" mike said with bringing out his lower lip, keeping a pity facial expression
"Okay " Joan's mum agree
Mike sat down and continue watching the TV
"David invited me to his church " Joan said as she sits on a sofa
"Really" Joan's mum said
"And you're going right??" Joan's mum asked
"Yes mum" Joan said as she slowly looks at her mum's face
Her mum's facial expression shows that she wasn't happy.
"Mum what's the matter" Joan asked
"Are you really happy with him" Joan's mum asked
" Yes mum" Joan replied smiling
"Okay" Joan's mum said
Suddenly they heard a baby's cry from the room and it was Maya so Joan entered the room, brought her out and fed her
Maya had already started crawling
THREE MONTHS LATER,
Everyone in the work place already knew that Joan and her boss where dating some where jealous while some didn't care.
Knock knock
"Come in" Joan said
Flora entered
"Permit me to sit ma" Flora said
Joan looked at her and they both laughed.
Flora and Joan are good colleagues you could call them work besties.
"When did you start calling me ma" Joan asked
"Probably when I found out you are saying Mr. Smith" Flora said
"I'm still shocked, like he looks so grumpy and arrogant even the way he walks is so scary"Flora said with a little demonstration
