You can ask or dare any of the playable hsr characters(I beg, dont make me write em) and also leaked playable characters like Robin, Boothill, Firefly ect. The only hsr character you cant ask is Sunday, since he is a host.
As of current theres only one certain ship
Preservation(Troy/OurGodLitten and March)
So sorry DanMarch/CaeMarch/StelleMarch/any of March ship fans that she cant be shipped with the character you want
