i just wanna rant for a minute, i truly get the fact that this is a company and they want to make the site not shitty but in my opinion which doesn't matter. This isn't what people think about wattpad, no one looks at wattpad and goes "oh thats the site with all those great original books!" no they think "oh shit that the site with all those degenerates and shitposters."
We don't matter to wattpad and thats fine, but to me you all matter. i wouldn't be here if none of you guys hadn't came to read the dumb shit i write, i am so grateful to even almost hit 15k. but the fact of the matter is that my most popular series on this book is most likey the reason i am gonna be strike down and all it takes is some guy who wants to ruin it to report it.
At this point, i am just tired of wattpad and their attempt of being "normal". if no one had even made fanfics on this site, the site would've been dead in 3 years.
The worst part? i was perfectly fine to being on this app despite everyone getting frustrated since to me wattpad was the site i truly felt right in. i still remember the past wattpad is fondness as i meet incredible people and some i truly got to call friends. Yet now i have to get ready to pack this up and move my stuff on ao3 just in case this gets removed or i get banned.
