It was two days later and Jack had made up his mind. Today was the day he was going to tell Bunny. He woke up early, showered, and packed a picnic basket.

He snatched one of North's snow gloves and stepped through; coming out the other side, he found himself standing in the borrow.

He heard talking and followed it; peaking around one of the egg statues, he saw Bunny standing there with a clipboard counting eggs.

"I know you're there," Bunny said, causing Jack to jump and step out from behind the egg statue. He had been confident coming here, but now, he wasn't so sure about himself.

Bunny turned around and froze, and his eyes roamed over Jack before meeting his eyes. "What are you doing here?" He asked, his voice giving nothing away.

"I wanted to talk to you," Jack mumbled, and Bunny's eyes narrowed at him.

"Talk?" Bunny asked slowly, "Now you want to talk? I've been trying to do that since you left, and now you show up here and decide it's time for us to talk?" He asked accusingly.

Jack looked at the taller man and sighed, "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have avoided you. I didn't know what else to do." Jack apologized, and Bunny just looked at him.

"Please," Jack pleaded, "I brought lunch," he said, holding up the picnic basket.

Bunny looked down at the small male standing a few feet away from him, holding the picnic basket. His eyes were pleading and sad; Bunny hated that look.

It made his heart clench, and his stomach twirled as he looked at the smaller man in front of him. "Fine," he sighed as he made his way past Jack. He walked to a small hill and waited for Jack to set up before sitting down on the blanket.

He watches as Jack pulls out a dish and hands it to him. "What's this?" Bunny asked as he pulled off the cover and a delicious scent flirted out.

"It's honey garlic butter roasted carrots," Jack answered and handed Bunny a fork.

Pulling out another bowl from the basket. Bunny picked up a piece of carrot from the bowl and sniffed it. Taking a small bite. He groaned at the wonderful taste of flavor in his mouth.

"Wow, this is good," he said as he forked another piece.

"I'm glad you like it; I woke up early to make it," Jack said, and Bunny looked at him wide-eyed.

"You made this?" Bunny asked, surprised, and Jack nodded.

They ate in mostly silence as Bunny stole glances at Jack, who looked like he was in deep thought.

They finished, and Jack packed everything back into the back. They sat there quietly before Bunny spoke. "Why did you come here?" He asked softly.

"I had something to tell you," Jack said, finally turning to look up at the blue-eared male. He opened and closed his mouth a few times before pulling something out of his hoodie pocket and handing it to Bunny.

He took the paper and looked down at it with a frown. "You came here to tell me you got someone pregnant?" he asked, his voice cracking toward the end.

"What? No!" Jack exclaimed, "I didn't get someone pregnant." He said, and Bunny raised a brow at him.

"You got me pregnant," He explained, and Bunny sat there frozen.

Jack looked at him and frowned slightly, "It's OK if you don't accept it; I understand." he started but was cut off when a hand was placed over his mouth.

"Are you really?" Bunny asked, tears building in his eyes as his eyes went from Jack's face to his middle section.

Jack nodded, and Bunny got on his knees and hugged him. Jack was shocked at first, but he slowly wrapped his arms around the large man and hugged him back.

"Are you not upset with me?" Jack asked into his chest, and Bunny shook his head.

"Is that why you were hiding from me?" Bunny asked, and Jack shook his head.

"I knew once we went back, everything would go back to us practically hating each other, and I didn't want that to happen," Jack mumbled, pulling away.

Bunny sighed and cuddled his cheek. "I didn't want that to happen either, but I wished you had talked to me about it." He said, and Jack looked at him for a few seconds before nodding.

"Sorry," he whispered, and Bunny smiled at him.

He lifted Jack's chin and kissed his lips. "It's OK," he said, pulling Jack closer to him. He pulled the smaller male into his lap and hugged him.
