Yoongi POV

Jungkook decided to stay at Bighit; he said it wasn't for Namjoon, but the blush on his cheeks convinced me otherwise known. We finally heard the kid sing, and if Namjoon wasn't in love before, when he heard Jungkook sing the puppy love look on his it also convinced me otherwise.

The two tread carefully around each other for weeks, making only small gestures. Like when Namjoon paused dance practices to tie Jungkook's shoe for him or when Jungkook brought snacks and drinks for Namjoon only to eat while we did vocal lessons.

Each gesture made both of them blush like crazy, especially Jungkook, who would only talk to Namjoon for a while but slowly warmed up to the rest of us. He was part of our small team; we were the only trainees in this whole company because the company was so small that it didn't have a lot of other artists under its wing.

Jungkook was only 14 years old, so he couldn't live with us at the apartment yet his parents still lived in Busan but he was staying with an aunt while he was in Seoul.

Jungkook was still young and behind in his training. He was a good singer and dancer, but according to the staff and the boss, he was still an amateur, and they needed him golden.

So they decided to send Jungkook to America for dance training; he would be there for 9 weeks...

Jungkook left a few days after we got the news, and Namjoon tried to hide how sad he was about him being gone, but I knew him well; I could see how mopey he was acting. He eventually talked to us and just said he felt like the Christmas lights got unplugged again and that he just really missed Jungkook.

Jungkook would talk to all of us when he could. He said America was different and the dance practice was really hard, that he was ready to give up, and that he was homesick. I tried to convince him to look on the bright side, saying that he was a strong kid and if anyone could make it in this industry, it was him.

"You too, Hyung," Jungkook whispered on the phone.

"Me too, what?" I asked, yawning into the phone. It was late here, and the sound of Namjoon snoring was keeping me up.

"If anyone can make it...it's you like you and Joonie are so smart it blows my mind you are creative and super talented I'm jealous of your talent," he said into the phone" I look up to you all" he added and that made me laugh.

"You're a good kid, you know that...the team misses you. Stay golden and come back soon, okay?" I said into the phone, turning to my side, and seeing Namjoon cuddling a stuffed dog plush and his foot hanging off the bed. "And by the team, I mean Namjoon, he misses you a lot." I huffed, and that made Jungkook laugh.
