Yoongi POV

"You have changed six times, and each time I told you, your legs don't look like string beans they look like rice cakes," Seokjin huffed as he flipped through a magazine. While I search through mine and his suitcase for clothes.

Jimin is supposedly picking me up at 11:30 am and I have been up since 9 o'clock getting ready mentally and physically, and Seokjin has been up as well because I can't get ready for this alone.

"Do I look nice? How's my hair? Should I put on a little makeup or perfume?" I asked, looking through Seokjin's skincare bag.

"You are awfully flustered over this when you keep saying it's not a date." He said he was flipping through a magazine while circling some things.

"It's not a date! We are just hanging out, definitely not a date," I said, fiddling with the bag as I sat on my bed opposite his.

"You two are sneaking off to the beach alone with a picnic? It sounds like a date to me," he hummed.

"Well, it's not," I said quietly "Do...Do you think he thinks it's a date?" I whispered, and he looked up from his magazine and stared at me.

"That made no sense," he replied, but I pouted at him, and he sighed, closing the magazine.

"I can't tell you what Jimin is thinking, but from context clues and what I observed, it definitely seems like a date to me," he said. I felt my heart speed up a little, and I smiled a little while looking down.

"He has been more affectionate lately...he called me sweetheart the other day, and he held my hand yesterday," I said. He just snorted, moving to stand up, sitting next to me, and grabbing something from his skincare bag.

"You two are annoyingly cute," he said popping open cherry-flavored Vaseline lip balm and carefully applying it to my lips. "There adds a little pink on your lips, so he stares at them," he hummed softly.

"Thanks, Hyung," I said, standing up "Finally approval. How do I look? Beachy enough?" I asked, and he chuckled. I was wearing a long-sleeved blue and white striped t-shirt, orange and blue swim trunks, and brown sandals.

"Yoonchi you look good don't worry too much just enjoy the day and put on sunscreen you burn very easily," he said handing me a small bottle.

I nodded and added the sunscreen to my bag "If I have to go into the water I might drown I can't swim that well" I said he snorted.

"Maybe Jimin with give you mouth-to-mouth" he winked as he blushed at the thought.

When suddenly there were rapid knocks on the door and my heart started to drum.

"Oh my goodness he is here!" I yelped quietly and covered my face like a fool in love.

"Dude, open the door and relax," he said. I nodded, patting down my hair.
