Luke's POV
NO. this can't be happening she's lying. No! Why would she lie? She told me she would love me forever. FOREVER! I'm just walking down an empty road tears streaming down my face.
"She told me forever" I whispered
Forever.
Courtney's POV
I just sit there on the sidewalk crying my eyes out. I see the guys walking towards me but I don't care.
They all just hug me and tell me "he'll come back when he's calmed down" or "everything is alright" but no everything is not alright. Luke's upset and so am I how is everything going to be fine?
"I lied" I say
"What?" They all say
"I lied..." I paused "when I told Luke forever" I say
"Oh" is all they say
I quickly get up and run into the direction Luke ran. Not caring if the guys are yelling my name I just want. Wait. Scratch that. I just NEED to find Luke. I see and empty road I'm trying to deny it, but my heart says to go down it. So I do. I see a figure into the distance. Maybe it's Luke. I run down the road and see it was Luke.
"Luke?" I say/ kind of yelling so he can hear me since he still kinda far away
He turns around and looks at me
I run up to him and hug him and he hugs me back.
"I'm sorry" I say crying into his chest
"I wish I was actually with you forever" he says
"But we can't. I hate long distance relationships they just don't work out." I say
"Please, please don't do this. I need you." He says
"Luke you know I can't"
"WELL WHY NOT" he yells out of no where
"Because" I whisper kinda scared right now
"You know I can't live without you. But all you do is take my heart and rip a piece off each time." He says breaking my heart. It was this one time I did anything.
"And you know what" I say pausing "we're not going to be together forever. Because you know what Luke. You lied. You lied when you said I rip your heart out and tear a piece each time. But it was only this time. ALSO APPARENTLY YOU DONT WANT ME TO LIVE MY DREAM!" I say raising my voice
Luke stays quiet.
"Luke I-" I try to say but I get cut off
"No. Don't be, this was all me. I should be the one to say sorry" he says
"But I raised my voice at you and I never did and I'm just sorry" I say
"I'm sorry too" he says kissing me
I kiss him back and wrap me arms around his neck. He wraps his arms around my waist. To be honest Im Going to miss him so much. I don't want to leave but this is my dream.
"I'm going to miss you" I say
"I'm going to miss you too" Luke says
We walk home and the three boys run up and hug us.
"Where were you people" they say
"Umm.. Grammar. But we just talked and everything."
"Aww" they all say in sync
"So are you two still together?" Ashton asks
Luke looks away and I shake my head. Ashton looks like he regrets his question.
"I'll just be over here" Ashton says pointing to the couch
I nod my head
So I guess we're done. Luke and I are not together anymore.
