Jeongin noticed that hyunjin was no near to be found and began to worry. He looked back at the group and did head count. Indeed one was missing, the black haired's idea was to go to the beach house first. The younger ran towards it and panted as he ran. The younger searched around the warm home until he realized that the last room was hyunjin's room.
The younger stopped at the door and knocked. It would be rude of him if he walked in without permission. "come in.." Jeongin noticed the sadness in the taller's tone. The younger entered and saw the older who was on his bed looking up at the ceiling.
"what do you need?" Hyunjin softly asked as he keeps looking at the ceiling. "why weren't you eating with us? You're alone here..." the dirty blonde sat up and leaned against the bed frame. "why? Did you need to speak to me about something?" The younger gulped and avoids eye contact with the older. "a-actually yes." The older raised his brows and directly looks at the black haired male. "and about what?" The younger actually wanted to speak about the confession and his own feelings but it felt selfish to do so.
"I can understand why you're upset. You don't need to speak but I need you to just listen to me. I can understand why you chose Seungmin. It may be selfish of me but I really like you hyunjin. I understand that you won't accept my confession nor do I expect you but I'm willing to wait for you as much I need to do." The taller slightly widen his eyes and cleared his throat. The only problem was that Hyunjin had not interest in Jeongin nor did he see a future with him.
"but I don't find interest in you. I'm very flattered but you're not someone I would be with forever. I'm not really interested to be with anyone right now nor do I think i will soon." Jeongin smiled brightly and nods. "I totally understand, like I said no matter how much time I need to wait for you then I will. I understand that you're not over Seungmin and it will take months. I'm just asking for chance, hyunjin. Let me try to change your way of thinking." Hyunjin looked at the other emotionless and sighed.
'even when I rejected him, he's still is willing to try.' Hyunjin tilted his head, not wanting to speak about this at this exact moment. "let me try and if you still don't find interest in me then I promise to let you go." Said jeongin. "You're aware of my feelings but you're still wanting to give it a try? Are you perhaps not afraid of getting hurt?"
"I don't mind if it's you. I'll try as much as I need to if that means I get to be beside you." The older looked away and bit his lip not knowing how to react nor to say. 'it's not right to use someone else to forget someone. Although I chose not to, it seems not to matter to him. Why? Why isn't he afraid of being hurt?' The older then looked back at the younger.
