JIMIN's POV
The atmosphere in our living room was tense, my footsteps echoing off the walls as I paced back and forth. Thoughts of Y/N consumed my mind, her name dancing on the tip of my tongue like a silent prayer. She must be in a state of panic, I thought to myself, her heart undoubtedly racing with fear over the dating scandal with Eun Woo.
I couldn't help but feel a surge of sympathy for her. Despite the rumors being debunked, the aftermath of such an incident could be detrimental to her career and reputation. The mere association with Eun Woo, even if it was nothing more than gossip, could ignite tension between fandoms and tarnish her image. She must be worried sick, and the thought of her distress sent a pang of guilt coursing through my veins.
But as I tried to rationalize my concern for Y/N, a nagging voice in the back of my mind questioned my motives. Why was I so invested in her well-being? Sure, she was my junior, and we had our fair share of history together, but did that justify the depth of my worry...?
Poor Y/N..she must be so worried and terrified right now.
Y/N's POV
I laughed until tears streamed down my cheeks, unable to contain the overwhelming amusement that bubbled up from within me. Ji-eun unnie and Jessi unnie joined in, their infectious laughter echoing in the cozy confines of the café as we leaned back in our chairs, clutching our stomachs in mirth.
"Me...dating Eun Woo..." I managed to choke out between fits of giggles, the absurdity of the notion sending us into another round of hysterical laughter.
"That's the funniest thing I've heard all week," Jessi unnie exclaimed, doubling over with laughter as she grabbed her stomach in mock pain.
"My jaw hurts from laughing so much," Ji-eun unnie whined, her chuckles interspersed with playful groans of discomfort.
Wiping the tears of laughter from my eyes, I took a deep breath, trying to compose myself amidst the riotous laughter that filled the air. "Oh dear lord...okay, enough," I finally declared, though the corners of my lips twitched with the lingering traces of amusement.
But our attempts at restraint were futile, as another wave of laughter crashed over us, threatening to overwhelm our senses once more. "You and Eun Woo...agh, my stomach hurts," Ji-eun unnie exclaimed, shaking her head in disbelief as she succumbed to another bout of laughter.
Seriously...me and eun woo?! He wasn't even my type.
