Sara stark has always known her duty. To marry a rich lord, an heir to a great and noble house. To produce heirs for her husband and raise her daughters to become obedient. Just like her mother raised her.
Throughout the course of her life she has watched her mother. Watched how graceful and loving she was. Her mother was everything she wanted to be, a loyal wife to her husband and kind mother to her children. Sara would pray to the gods that she would be the mirror image of her mother. To be able to push away all desire and longings to be the perfect and respected lady.
Sara saw the great love her parents shared, the obvious admiration they felt for each other was clear as day. She too wanted the same love and affection that her parents had.
