It was a breezy April evening; mother birds were feeding their young, and trees were treeing as Masachika Kuze had just gotten out of his last class for the day and started walking home; however, Alisa wasn't walking home with him like they usually did; for the first time in a while, she was absent. Her absence perplexed Kuze, but he ultimately didn't mind it. On his way to the exit, Kuze stopped by a vending machine. But before he could grab a soda, like he had intended, he heard a soft voice whisper to him, "Hey, Saa-kun, come sit with me for a bit." She grinned. "I'll even give you these 3D crash bandicoot coasters."

"I'll sit next to you; just let me grab some soda first." Kuze looked back at the vending machine as he selected his desired beverage before picking it up and sitting next to her. "So when am I getting those coasters?"

"Oh, when you kiss me silly." After saying that, Masha made a kissy face, waiting for Kuze to follow up with her request. He hesitated since he felt like he would be betraying Alisa, but he really wanted those coasters, so he got closer to her. He started by holding her hand, then got closer while making the kissy face she made. Their faces were mere centimeters apart. With each passing second, their lips got closer and closer. It seemed like nothing could get in the way of this passionate ki- *freeze frame*.

"Hello reader, My name is Alisa Mikhailovna Kujou, and I've interrupted this fanfic to prevent Masha and Kuze from kissing. Now I know this is sad for the Kuze x Masha folk, but I just couldn't bear witness to that. Anyway, I'll be going now. I hope you have a good rest of your day and happy April Fools, even if it's April 8th.

End notes: Happy April Fools, y'all. (Let's ignore the fact that it's April 8th; you can blame my horrible foresight and phone getting screwed over.) I'm cooking stuff up as usual.
