You jot down a few ideas down. The small paper already cover in scribbles. Today was the Lunar New Year Festival and you still have no idea what you're doing. The Oracle's vague words didn't help and you're clueless on what exactly you need to change. Also, you aren't immortal and interfering with most of these events will most likely cost your life. This may sound crazy but you really like this life a lot and want to keep this one. Anyways, you're sure that there's isn't a third chance.
You groan and lay back into the cushion seat. Maybe you can watch this car wreck from afar.
"You need to be patient, it'll come."
Iron Fan, sips from her straw and sighs. Sinking into the couch, she was laid back with a mud mask on. With large patches covering her eyes. She wanted stay behind and set up a Lunar New Year feast when we all return. Apparently that meant, she wanted a few hours to herself.
"Also, you're makeup looks good today. You're getting better at it." Iron Fan sips loudly again.
"Really? You sure it isn't too much? Since there's a festival, I wanted to experiment." Earlier you played around with the red and gold eye shadows. Wanting to do more than the usual.
"Yes, I was going to say it earlier, but I got distracted." Which meant she didn't want her "alone time" disturbed, but that didn't stop you from staying and quietly jotting down in your notebook.
It had been a few days and you're getting use to everyone here. Especially, Iron Fan's whims, she was a lot more focus on herself now. Though you still have a feeling that Demon Bull King is barely tolerating you. While Redson is kind enough to take you out to the city so you weren't cooped up in the castle.
Though not like you ever get cooped up in this huge place. It was literally a castle, you spent a whole day exploring and still haven't finish.
You let out a groan and lie back into your seat. All of this Oracle nonsense was stressing you out.
"I just don't know what I'm suppose to do."
"Maybe, think about any main events that will happen. You're a seer now, however... using that power... it involves risks." Iron Fan mutters.
You couldn't help but raise a brow. Risks?
"Can you explain more on these risks?"
Iron Fan sinks further into the small couch and sighs.
"That is tricky, the less you know on these risks the better. Seers are just... prone on losing themselves in their power is all." She let out a stressed and tensed sigh. You glance down on your small journal then at your wrap up arm. Your mind goes back on those words.
"What do you mean lose by losing themselves?"
"Just don't look into your future. That is all, anyone else is fair game as long it doesn't involves you."
You could only stare at her for a moment taking in this new information. A sudden question floods your mind.
What will happen if you see into your future?
"Alright, no seeing into my future. Would have been great if I have been told this from the get-go." You go a different page and write that bit of info down.
"Anymore rules that I need to know about?" You asked a bit with hesitation.
"Its slightly differs with seer to seer, but the whole never seeing into your future is always the same. Though you are following the Oracle's path and have their power but please don't start panicking when I tell you. Thats the last thing you need right now." Iron Fan mutter and takes a sip from her straw.
