The Mission

"A Realm shard?" questioned Jay.

"The Administration requires it. It is classified as dangerous and must be destroyed immediately." says Agent Greyson.

Jay and Tobey start packing their stuff. Jay brings his taser, a pair of handcuffs and a cookie. Tobey brings a rope, a pocket knife and his taser as well. After packing, Agent Greyson gives them both a portal opener, since they will both need it to travel. Tobey opens a portal.

"You ready?"

"I'm ready."

They both jump across the portal just to find themselves in a rocky mountain full of snow. It was snowing like crazy. It was very cold as well.

Jay's POV: "This place... Feels familiar. Brrrr... It's so cold."

"You okay?" asked Tobey.

Jay zoned out.

"You okay Jay?" he asked again.

"Oh.. uh yeah.. I'm fine. My head hurts a little that's all."

"C'mon we need to find this shard."

Jay and Tobey traveled, traveled and traveled, but it seemed that the expedition was going nowhere.

Jay's POV: "I feel like I've been here before... Brr... it's so cold... I hope we find this Realm shard soon..."

Tobey was falling back. He was to cold to move his legs. Jay was ahead, staring at Tobey. Some words came out of his mouth.

"Move faster, Cole!" he spoked accidently.

"C-Cole? I-it's T-Tobey, remember?"

"Sorry... I don't know why said that... It just.. came out."

"Who's Cole?" Tobey was curious.

"I don't know... Just a random name I guess."

Jay and Tobey found a cave. They took shelter for the night. Jay couldn't stop wondering why he spoke that name. Did it matter? Who was this Cole? Jay thought about how Cole would look like. He liked what he had came up with. He looked strong and friendly. He wanted to know Cole. He wanted meet Cole. Jay wanted to sleep thinking about Cole. He dreamt with Cole.
