Trouble at school

Hank pov
I had just received a call from Jays school about his behaviour 
Hank: Jay
Jay: yeah
Hank: come here
Jay: I have to finish this
Hank: you need to come here
Jay: fuck sake hank. I need to finish this
Hank: Jayson Halstead come here now
Jay: leave me alone
I went up to his room and walked in. He was sitting on the floor completing 3 different marvel Lego sets at the same time while listening to music and also had a avengers playing on his iPad
Hank: Jay?
Jay: hmm
Hank: I need you to stop that and look at me
Jay: mhm
I knelt infront of him and took the pieces of Lego out his hand
Jay: what are you doing?
Hank: I need to talk to you. Let's go downstairs
We went downstairs and sat at the dining room table.
Hank: what happened at school today?
Jay: nothing
Hank: well you've been suspended for 3 weeks so something did happen Jay
Jay: why does it matter? You've obviously already heard it from the teacher
Hank: and I want to hear it from you
Jay: fine. I kept getting distracted and I was fidgeting with my pen and it hit my teacher
Hank: that's not all tho is it
He just shook his head. I was talking to him but I realised he wasn't listening in. I looked over to where he was looking and Will was there making something to eat
Jay: Will can you make me a sandwich?
Will: nope do it yourself
Jay: don't be a prick
Hank: Jay
Jay: hmm
Hank: we haven't finished talking
Jay: sorry
Hank: we're gonna have a meeting at school tomorrow
Jay: mhm sure. Can I go play basketball?
Hank: we haven't finished talking
Jay: I'm hungry
Hank: and I'll make you something after we talk
Jay: what if I eat while we talk?
Hank: fine
I made him a sandwich and we sat in the sitting room.
Hank: did you spit your meds out after I gave them to you?
Jay: No
Hank: tell me the truth Jay
Jay: fine I did
Hank: They help you Jay. They control your emotions and impulsivity. They calm you down Jay.
Jay: I don't care. I hate them and I'm not taking them
Hank: Jay
Jay: No you're not listening to me
Hank: I'll listen to you when you start behaving. Now what happened today? I want the full story Jay
Jay: like you care.
Hank: of course I do jay.
Jay: nothing happened. Now leave me alone
Hank: watch your tone young man
Jay: ergh seriously just fuck off
He got up and went out the front door slamming it behind him.
Will: what's happened?
Hank: I don't know what to do with him anymore will. He's getting out of hand. He's not taking his meds. He threw a chair at his teacher. They might not take him back and if they do he'll be put in the behaviour unit.
Will: I'll try and talk to him
Hank: try and get through to him cause if he carries on he's gonna find himself in juvie

Jay PoV
I sat on the edge of a roof dangling. This is my favourite place to think. It's so high up everyone looks tiny. It's so peaceful. After a while, I could hear sirens. I recognised the trucks it was firehouse 51. There was a cop car too. They were all standing looking up at me. There was a guy speaking through a megaphone. I know that voice.
Al: Jay? Kiddo?
I just shook my head
Al: why don't you come down and we can talk?
I shook my head again
Al: what if i come up? Would that be okay?
I shook my head again
Al: I just wanna make sure you're okay. Can I come up? Just me?
I just nodded. Before i knew it Al was up here with me. He pulled me away from the edge and we just sat on the floor.
Al: what are you doing up here?
Jay: this is my favourite place when i need some quiet. It kicked off at home.
Al: what happened?
Jay: everyone keeps getting onto me. I got suspended for 3 weeks. And Hanks pissed at me
Al: you need to speak to Hank.
Jay: he doesn't care
Al: what if I come with you?
Jay: I guess
Al: come on let's go down
We walked down and Benny came over
Benny: you okay kiddo?
Jay: yeah I'm fine
Benny: I don't want you sitting up there because it make everyone that can see you worried
Jay: but why? I wasn't doing anything wrong
Benny: I know but when people see a kid that high up they get worried and scared
Jay: but I wasn't gonna do anything
Benny: I know that Jay but people who don't know you wouldn't know that. They would think your a kid in crisis who wants to hurt themselves which is why they've called all us out today
Jay: but it's peaceful up there
Benny: I know that buddy. How about when you feel like you need space come to the firehouse
Jay: really?
Benny: yeah
Jay: and can I sit in the trucks and put on the sirens?
Benny: what ever you want kiddo
I gave him a hug
Al: come on kiddo let's go home
Al drove me home

Hank PoV
Justin and Erin walked in and I started making dinner. Will was upstairs doing his homework. Jay and Alvin walked in
Alvin: can we all talk?
Hank: sure. Justin! Erin!
They ran down the stairs
Hank: can you finish dinner? Just keep mixing and watch the spaghetti. When it's ready just turn it off.
We sat at the table and Jay was fidgeting with his hands.
Alvin: Jay you wanna tell Hank what happened today?
Jay: Fine Mr Mead kept picking on me and I had enough. He made me look stupid infront of everyone. Everyone started laughing at me. I was staring out the window and he was saying how i was away with the fairies. He took my book and showed it to the class saying how I've done no work and was reading out how I spelt words so I told him to shove it up his arse and I threw my chair at him.
Hank: he did what? Did he only do it today?
Jay: No he does it all the time. I hate him. I hate school. It's a piece of shit. I'm the only kid with ADHD in my grade and they treat me like I'm an idiot. I just snapped. I didn't mean to. It just happened.
Hank: why didn't you tell me?
Jay: why would you take my word over the teachers?
Hank: I will always take your side and hear what you have to say
Jay: it's just I tried to tell Mr Doherty and he didn't believe me. He said that if I behaved like a normal kid then mr mead wouldn't bother me
Hank: I'm so sorry kiddo
Jay: do I have to go back?
Hank: I'll look for a new school. We have 3 weeks.
Jay: but what if it's the same as this school
Hank: we're gonna do our research. We're gonna find a school that will really help you
Jay: okay. Where's Will?
Justin: he's in his room
Jay: oh hi Justin
Justin: hi trouble
Erin: do I not get anything?
Jay: hi Erin

Jay PoV
I went upstairs and jumped on Wills bed
Will: you okay?
Jay: yeah
Will: it's all gonna work out you know
Jay: yeah I guess
Hank: boys wash your hands
We had dinner then showered before going to bed.
