"This is bad..." Kaeya muttered under his breath, his troubled gaze fixed on something beyond the trio's view, while his loyal Pawniard stood steadfastly by his side.

"Uh, should we go?" [Name] whispered to the others, noticing the tension in Kaeya's demeanor.

Kaeya let out a resigned sigh. "Such a hassle..."

"But aren't we going to talk to Jean?" Aether pointed out quietly, glancing towards the inner chambers of the headquarters.

"What am I going to do..." Kaeya muttered, his tone filled with uncertainty as he glanced down at Pawniard, who nodded in agreement with its trainer's sentiments.

"Paimon thinks he isn't going to stop if we don't help," Paimon chimed in, avoiding Kaeya's gaze as she spoke. As Pawniard mirrored its trainer's demeanor, adopting a defensive stance with its paws on its hips, the trio exchanged uneasy glances, realizing that they couldn't simply ignore the situation unfolding before them.

Kaeya leaned in closer, his gaze darting around as if searching for eavesdroppers. "I can't afford to be overheard. There's a matter that requires your assistance, but we must discuss it in a more discreet location."

"Pawn!" Pawniard affirmed, ready to accompany them wherever needed.

"Please, let us move to somewhere more fit for such a conversation," Kaeya urged the trio with a serious tone. "Let's reconvene in the courtyard just outside headquarters. Follow me."

Paimon furrowed her brow, suspicion evident in her expression. "What's with all the secrecy..."

"Yeah-" [Name] started to question Kaeya, but before they could finish, the blue-haired man took off with Pawniard close behind, leaving the others dumbfounded. "That sneaky guy!" [Name] grumbled, arms crossed tightly in frustration. They were going to ask how he is able to have Pawniard out as they knew how much humans believe Pokemon are monsters and everything. Now, they are going to have to ask him in the courtyard, so tedious.
