Kate was one of Shield's best agents, she had only been working with them for a few years now, but Fury relied upon on more than anyone else now, that he worked with. Whether that was because he knew she was more than capable of doing the job that was requested of her, or it was because of who her parents were, she didn't know. And whatever the reason, Kate was grateful, since now she was doing her own solo missions, and had been shipped over to Germany, where she had been undercover for the last few weeks, working on finding out as much as she could on a potential threat.

Kate loved being undercover, it meant for a little while, she could pretend that she was a normal individual. That she wasn't out there risking her life every single time she went out there and conducted one of these missions.

She loved the thrill of it, but had found out the hard way it was bad for relationships. Recently, going back to Los Angeles, to the guy she had been seeing on and off for a few months, only to find him in bed with someone else. She grabbed her stuff that afternoon, saying nothing to him, as he begged for another chance. Then he changed tactics, telling her it was because Kate was never there, never around. She flicked the finger to him, as she walked out of the room, slamming the front door as she left.

Germany had been the perfect, welcoming distraction when Fury had come to her, asking for her help on this.

Kate stood there on the dock in Hamburg, posing one of the many stall owners that was around, trying to sell their goods to the tourists passing, and she loved the beautiful views of the place. She was selling scarfs and other items that tourists loved buying. While the whole time she was keeping an eye on the docks across the water from her, where there was guarded men, working, pacing with guns, walking around, looking as if they were waiting on something.

"Hi, how much for this?" A woman asked, standing looking at the ones that were hanging.

Kate told her the price, and she bought one.

She was just leaving when Kate watched a boat pulling up. This was a big boat, clearly carrying cargo. The men who had been pacing had stopped at the sight of it. She could tell from the way one of them was throwing his arms around, he was barking orders to the others. But, she could also hear what they were saying.

"You and you, get this inside, hurry up" He shouted.

Kate slowly picked up the camera and began taking pictures of the crates they were taking in, finding most of them were covered with sheets, as they were carried in two by two on each of them, into the warehouse that was beside the small dock.

She kept taking pictures, zooming in as best as she could and trying to find out what was inside the, but none of the covers were off, and nobody talked about what was inside either.

"Hi, can you tell me where the city centre is?" Someone asked in a different language.

Understanding what he said, Kate pointed them in the right direction.

Before going back to snapping her photos, eventually getting the money shot, when one of the crates that was carried inside, the sheet slipped from it onto the ground, the men not stopping, but trying not to trip over at the same time. Kate instantly saw the logo of Oscorp on the side, and then hazardous with it. She put the camera back under the table, and pulled out her cell phone, before the men looked over and saw her.

"Fury" He answered.

"Sir, those pictures are coming to you. I think we got what you were looking for" She quickly said, glancing over her shoulder.

"You think it's the missing weapons?"

"Unfortunately, not just that. I found the chemicals that was stolen from Oscorp, the ones they claim didn't go missing"
