Kate had positioned herself where Maya had suggested, she was lying on the grass, with the rifle in front of her, looking through the scope, finding she had a perfect line of sight for the whole area. The place was filling up, and then Kate saw them, the armed guards who were stationed around the outside of the arena, all wearing black, and holding a gun. It was obvious who they were, and it was obvious they were worried of someone coming for him. She also knew, he would have at least four, maybe more with him as well.

The festival quickly began, with a parade going on the arena, dancing and fire. She knew the fireworks would be going off shortly, and that it would be her time to take out the guards standing around the perimeter. Her heart was pounding in her ears, but she closed her eyes for a moment, took a deep breath, as the first firework shot up into the air.

Kate shot the guard, then got up and quickly moved to her next spot, shooting the next one.

There was fourteen altogether, and she just managed to get them all down, with nobody noticing, since they were standing outside the circle where the festivities were happening, and nobody was walking. She walked down the hill, quickly hiding the rifle in a car that Maya had parked earlier, this was her grandmother's truck, but she knew nobody would question it, as she then pulled out native clothing to help her blend into the crowd.

Kate slowly walked through it, hearing the people all talking between themselves, as she made her way through towards the section that Maya had been located. As she stepped up to her, beside one of the food carts, she glanced at her, nodding, then handing her another weapon.

"Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the festival of celebration for life, we have a guest of honour among us tonight, I want to welcome Wilson Fisk"

Both Kate and Maya looked over into the centre of the ring, finding him standing there on the little stage, with the mayor, in his bright white suit.

"Thank you Tamaha. It's an honour to be with you and let me be a part of this special celebration. I have family here tonight, although, we have had disagreements, I hope this will show her, that I care, and I am willing to give us a try. But, until then, please, enjoy the celebrations"

Kate looked to Maya, who looked mortified that he was there, having no idea what he had said.

She made Maya look at her.

"You need to get out of here" Kate signed to her.

She looked from Kate back to Fisk.

"I can get him alone" She signed.

"How?"

"Tell him I want to talk with him"

"It's dangerous"

"No more than what you're doing. There is an old abandoned warehouse, just off the main road, I will get him there, it belongs to him" She quickly said.

Fisk was making his way through the crowd, like he knew exactly where Maya was.

"Go" She quicky said to Kate.

Kate didn't wait, she turned, then slipped between the stalls and headed out through the parking lot/ She located the road Maya was talking about and quickly ran towards the warehouse. Once she was inside, she found someone to hide, up on the beams that was supporting the roof.

Fisk stopped in front of Maya, who looked up at the man she used to think as a father figure. His translater stood there by his side, like he had been expecting to see her on this day.

"I have missed you Maya" He said, and the woman signed for him.

"Why have you come here?" Maya asked.
