THREE WEEKS LATER...DEAR JESUS,
WEDNESDAY 12TH JUNE, 4890.
Wedding bells were ringing and everyone was happy apart from me. Through out it is as if my aunty Bewitched my dad. I have been too busy and tired to write anything in the diary.
I have been walking as if I have a robot body parts. I even prefer being at Aunty Kindness house than Aunty Joan I never knew that the blood of wickedness flowed in Aunty Joan's blood. Is it that the family of Chibuke are wicked people?
"You haven't finished doing that one?" She asked glaring at me.
" Sorry ma" I apologized.
" Sorry for yourself" she said.
It was six o clock in the morning and I haven't dressed up for school.
When I was done with the last work she gave to me, I ran upstairs and wore my red flare, Korean like-skirt with black pantyhose, white shirt and a short thin red tie. I can't definitely forget my white expensive sneakers.
I walked to where my aunty seated and I knelt down as a usual greeting to show she's in charge.
" Aunty please I need to go to school" I pleaded.
" Am I stopping you? The thing is you will either get pregnant in that school with one mechanic boy or start selling drugs so...don't beg me o" she laughed ironically.
When did Aunty Joan become like this? The only person I took like a mother, has now become worse than Aunty Kindness.
What should I call this woman? Aunty Wickedness? All I know is, it should be worse than her younger sister's name...but I think God won't be happy with that.
I thanked her and rushed out of the house.
I got into a bus going to the best school in Lagos, that's the school Aunty Kindness children are attending...so I see them frequently.
I paid the driver but since he was my friend, he reduced price for me.
Instead of paying ₦150, I payed ₦100.
I rushed into DIAMOND SCHOOL ACADEMY, DSA
They have the boarding school abroad in America and evrywhere in Nigeria we have a rival CRYSTAL SCHOOL ACADEMY which has a boarding school abroad and day school too, same in Nigeria.
CRYSTAL SCHOOL ACADEMY AKA CSA AND DIAMOND SCHOOL ACADEMY AKA DSA are known to be the best of the bests in Nigeria, but we love competing against each other cause we want to show them that they aren't better than us.
I entered my class as people greeted me cause I was everyone's friend. I forgot everything that happened at home and put on a happy aura.
Just by staying here for few months, I have earned a prefect position.
I am the assistant head girl in this school. In my former school they gave me a certificate for being the class monitor and almost being the library prefect.
I sat at the back on my sit as I brought out my book to do a last revision on the test we were having today.
" Serious babe" my seatmate said. She's the funniest and prettiest in this class... " We no dey carry last"
...Fair complexion, perfect set of eyes, nose and pink mouth, chubby chicks, good shape, rich(not like it is important), intelligent and lovely...
" Hi Rachel" I smiled at her teasing statement.
