POV: Naruto Uzumaki

I woke up early in the morning to a chill. Even though it was July, it felt as cold as it would be in January. I shivered and put on my clothes.

As I left my apartment, I ran into Shikamaru.

"Oh, Hey Shikamaru. What's up?" I greeted.

"Hey Naruto, Nothing much. Sakura sent an apology for getting drunk last night." He rubbed the back of his head.

I chuckled. "Tell her that it's fine. I'm here to help."

Shikamaru sighed. "You're still our friend Naruto."

I nodded. "I'm glad I am."

"Well I'll see you around." Shikamaru jumped onto the roof and went off.

I walked downtown into the market, to buy some food for the week.

I saw Choji and he waved, chips in the other hand. I waved back with a smile. Choji approached me.

"Hey Naruto." He said with a mouth full of chips. I mentally cringed. "What are you doing here in the market?"

"Just buying food for the week. What about you?" I looked around him and saw Ino with tons of bags.

"Shopping with Ino. She wanted someone to go with her."

"And you agreed?" I asked, confused. Choji never wanted to go shopping with Ino.

"Nope. But she said if I go, she'd buy me some pork chops." He shrugged. Oh that makes sense.

"Choji! Help me!" Ino hissed, shoving bags into Choji's arms.

"Hey!" Choji whined. "My chips!" I looked down to see the bag of chips splattered all over the ground. I dug through my bag of groceries and found a bag of chips. I handed them to Choji.

A smile broke out on his face. "Thanks Naruto." He said happily.

Ino shoved past us. "Move it or lose it Choji!" She turned and saw me. "Oh, hey Naruto! Sorry. You know, shopping." She smiled. "I meant to say thanks for the meal yesterday."

"Of course. It was nothing." I smiled back.

"Yeah! Ooh..." She got distracted by a jeweler nearby. "I'll... Uh. I'll see you later, Naruto!" She said as she left to the jeweler, Choji right behind her.

"Bye Naruto." Choji said as he followed Ino.

I waved as they left, then turned to continue to look for vegetables.

As I looked at the different vegetables I felt something run down my back. I jumped lightly and turned to see what it was. But there wasn't anything there. Just one of many buyers for the market.

I shook my head and told myself it was nothing.

I got back home, taking my shoes off and put them by the door. I walked to the kitchen and put my groceries away. I then felt something run down my back again. I turned quickly to see nothing there.

You're just being stupid Naruto... I thought to myself.

But then I felt arms wrap around my waist tightly. I flinched and the touch was gone.

I decided I was just tired and needed sleep. I headed to my bedroom and layed on my bed, letting sleep take over me.

I was in a dark unfamiliar forest. I felt something breath down my neck and I turned. There was a pale man there. I didn't recognize him. His hands grabbed my waist and pulled me close to him. I tried to loosen from him but his grip was too strong.
He put his lips to mine and I couldn't move. His hands started to move under my shirt, his cold hands touching my bare back and chest.
