"Rise and shine, sleepy head." A sweet sounding voice calls out as green eyes blink open slowly, squinting in confusion as a heavenly smell wafts from across the room. "It's late. I made you some food."
"Ocha...? How'd you get in my room?!" Izuku sits up in confusion, looking down at the brunette whose eyes squint with joy as she giggles; a pink flower mask covering her face as he flushes red. "W-why are you here?"
"I heard from a little Pomeranian that you were full blown sick and I wanted to make you breakfast. I felt guilty since it's my fault you're feeling so bad." She confesses as he throws off his blanket, sliding off his bed to sit right next to her on the floor; looking at the meal in front of him. "It's nothing fancy like what you made me, but I tried to incorporate pork cutlets since I know how much you love katsudon."
"Thanks Ocha, it looks delicious! Thank you for the food!" He claps his hands as he picks up the spoon to take a sip of the broth. His eyes immediately light up as he eats more and more it; trying his hardest to not waste a single drop, even going as far as to pick up the bowl and drink straight from it.
"Slow down! You don't need to choke! It's just soup!" Ochaco stresses, worried that he's going to make himself feel worse as he stops, lowering the bowl as nothing remained in it. A single green onion sat on the corner of his lip as he looks at her blankly.
"That was the best egg drop soup I've ever tasted." Izuku confesses as her face bloom red in embarrassment. "I think it's better because you made it with me in mind... so thank you again."
"Aw, it was no problem at all Ku. Oh, wait you have something on your cheek." She sees the onion, pointing on her own face where it would be on his. He tries to get it, missing it each time as she chuckles. Coming close to his face, she grabs it off of his cheek. "Got it!"
"T-thanks." He stammers, wondering if he had any eye crust or smelled bad. "I-I should get ready for the day. You can stay here, I-I'll be back."
"Oh, ok. I'm going to take your stuff to kitchen, so you'll probably be back before me." She hums, standing up as she grabs the tray from off the table. "We're meeting back in here, right?"
"Right!"

After washing the last dish, she sighs as she looks at her pink mask on the counter; feeling horrible about her boyfriend's cold. "Why do you sound so down? There's nothing you can do about it, so stop sulking."
The brunette yelps, almost dropping the wet dish as she places it in the dish rack; turning to see a Katsuki standing there with arms crossed, a bubbly Eijiro leaning on his boyfriend's head. "How's the idiot doing?"
"Oh he's fine, just getting ready for the morning. I still feel kind of bad for getting him sick... I should have brought my jacket that day. I don't know what I was thinking." Ochaco pouts as the blonde rolls his eyes.
"Kat, stop criticizing her. She feels bad. I'd feel bad if I didn't have a coat and you lent me yours only to get sick yourself." Eijiro smiles understandingly at her as she smiles sadly back. "At least she knows how to cook, I'd probably burn all the food down."
"I'd still eat it since you made it, dumbass. I'm not wasteful." Katsuki looks up with a glare as Eijiro sticks his tongue out playfully. "Stupid."
"You two really are cute. You must be tired of hearing that, sorry." Ochaco quickly apologizes, remembering how many times she's heard people refer to them as such.
"You and Midobro are pretty cute, too! Like two marshmallows, seeing you both makes me feel all warm and happy. Like an old married couple!" The redhead grins as Katsuki snorts, elbowing Eijiro as he yelps from the quick and unexpected pain.
"M-married couple?! Oh, that's scary to think about. I can't imagine Izuku proposing to me anytime soon, but then I remember Dracon and the phone calls and-!"
"Stop pissing your pants, jeez! Chill and relax with him. Talk that shit out with your man, I'm pretty sure he has like 17 billion plans regarding a life with you by now. If not, send him to me. I'll knock some sense into him." Katsuki rolls his eyes, breaking out of Eijiro's hold.
Something glints in the light as it catches Ochaco's eyes. "Hey guys... is that a ring?"
The teens look down at Eijiro's left ring finger, spotting a simple silver band with a red ruby on it. Using said hand, the redhead smiles toothily as the blonde rolls his eyes. "It's a promise ring. I brought it for the fucker the other day."
"Oh, do you not have one?" She questions as he puts his hand down his shirt; pulling a golden chain from around his neck with a golden ring with onyx gems sprinkled on it.
"He accidentally brought me this expensive ass wedding ring, so I don't wear mine regularly." Katsuki scoffs, tucking it back in his shirt. "He's supposed to get me one I can wear soon, so I can return this shit to him."
".... Cute..."
"Hah?!"
"Nothing!" The brunette rushes past them, making her way back towards the stairs and to her boyfriend's room on the second floor.
Knocking, she enters as she hit with the smell of a lavender candle. Confused, she looks to see the balcony window slightly opened. Most of the All Might merchandise was rolled up in the corner, replaced by simple white sheets and a black carpet. Her boyfriend stood on the balcony wearing semi-comfortable clothes as he extends a hand to her. "What is all of this, Ku?"
"Just wanted to relax with you, but then I remembered I had something to give you." The greenette smiles, taking a knee as she raises an eyebrow at this familiar situation. "I was supposed to give this to you before the interview with Dad and Mom, but I finally went out and got it."
The greenette pulls out a black velvet box, opening it as it shows a small white gold ring with a pink diamond and the kanji for love engraved on the inside. Her eyes widen as she looks up from the ring to the greenette who smiles with his eyes closed. "I-Izuku, t-that's a pink diamond... t-that's the rarest pink gem in existence. H-how...?"
"This was my grandmother's engagement ring. It was passed down to my father who gave it to my mother and my mother gave it to me. Now I'm not saying you need to say yes or anything, I'm just letting you know that this is an engagement ring. This could just be a simple promise ring holder until I can get another one, but I'd like for you to have it." Izuku explains as her eyes glisten with tears.
"D-do you know what pink gems mean?"
"If I remember correctly... they mean creativity, fortitude, courage and ... romance. I love you, Ochaco. I promise to be by your side and take care of you with all my might." The greenette sniffles as he takes the ring out of the box and into his hand, taking her hand to slide it on her left ring finger as she wipes away her tears. "We can go slow, I promise."
"O-ok."
