Loki looked around the place, and then back to the portal, seeing her step through with the child in the basket. Thor, Odin and Frigga were stood the other side of the portal, and his mother's knowing smile told him he was in for a lot of trouble. Rolling his eyes he headed for the nearest door, ready to rip it open, but he heard her chuckle. Turning to look back, the portal closed, and she settled the basket onto a small dining table.

'Do credit me with some sense Loki. You can try to leave, but you won't be able to unless I let you..'.. She peered down at her child, then back to him... 'Your room is that way..'.. His gaze followed where she was pointing, seeing a small hall, two doors facing each other... 'You have a bathroom too thats attached. Opposite is my office, and it'll be yours too..'

'Why would I need an office? This is imprisonment..'.. He scoffed at her, as she headed to the other end of the open room, taking her bags with her.

'Call it what you want..'.. She called back and he huffed, following after her. He saw another set of doors facing each other at this end, both open. To the right, was clearly the child's room, and the other he assumed was hers. He rocked to a stop in the doorway as she placed her bags on the bed... 'Make yourself useful, and go get Jace for me please..'.. She smiled at him... 'He needs feeding and to be changed..'

'I am not a nurse for your child!..'.. He gritted out at her and Elle chuckled, unpacking the bags.

'Not an image I'd want in my head, but I know you're not a nurse. I asked politely, you don't have to if you don't want to..'.. She glanced to him then finished with the bags, straightening up with her hands on her hips... 'Loki, I know you're angry, about a lot of things, I just managed to get you out of your cell, to help you. Sure, you're without magic, but if you want it back, then you'll earn it. You call this imprisonment..'.. She gestured around... 'Its actually freedom. Now, you can go back to your cell, and have your magic, but you'll be alone for the rest of your life. Here..'.. She gestured around again... 'I'm offering you a new life, freedom, a family, friends. All without your magic. You will earn each step, but the rewards far outweigh the journey..'

Elle watched him stew over her words, but she slipped past him to go get Jace. She was hungry and didn't know how long she had been gone for, but maybe giving Loki a little taste of that freedom would motivate him... 'In your room, you'll find a whole wardrobe of midgardian clothes in your size. I figured you'd be all dark and brooding, so I allowed you to have some of that style..'.. Elle pursed her lips, as she picked up Jace, tilting her head to Loki... 'Once I've changed Jace, we're going out for dinner, so can you please go get changed into something more casual, and we can talk then..'

Loki wanted to strangle her. He was a god, a king and this mere mortal had stripped him of his magic and now held him by a leash as though he was a pet. She offered freedom, yet she would not let him leave of his own accord. He stayed silent, and she just rolled her eyes, coming behind him with the child nestled into the crook of her arm, and she shoved him... 'Do not manhandle me!..'

'Then listen to the words that are coming out of my mouth. Go. Get. Changed. I'm taking you out to dinner and showing you what your rewards are..'.. She shoved him again and he scowled over his shoulder at her.

'Take your hands off me..'.. She shoved him again, and this time he stumbled to the door of the room she said was his.

'Move it Loki. Cause if I have to come dress you myself, you won't like it. I'll make you wear all pink..'.. She opened the door of his room, and put her free hand to his back, shoving him through... 'You got 15 minutes. Don't make me come drag you out either..'
