Sunday was uneventful... kinda. Living with the Avengers means that every day is eventful, but considering the circumstances it was uneventful. A handful of heroes went on a quick mission to the Amazon, I played old card games with Mr. Rogers, and Peter fought The Masked Shadow again. It's obvious that Shadow is just messing with him. He only confronts Spider-Man for a maximum of 15 minutes, and from what Peter has told me, he is just playing mind games.

Monday morning I woke up in a cold sweat, and Padfoot by my side trying to get me to wake up. I had the dream again. His cold erie voice rang through my head even as I shot awake, "It's time for you to be a good little bug trap and be of use." Being uncomfortable and used to this dream by now I head to the bathroom to wash my face to rid myself of the feeling of his presence. Unlike other times the feel wouldn't go away. I continued getting ready despite the uneasiness, Padfoot following close behind weirdly.

"I guess that wouldn't be the right word, would it? You're more of the bug, the bate in this scheme. The trap is being set my little bug. And you will be the main attraction."

His voice rang so clearly, but as I turned franticly around, trying to spot the intruder, there was nothing. Dread and fear start to consume and I'm frozen in my place. Padfoot jumped into action, pushing me to the floor and laying on me applying pressure. With my dog on me, I'm able to calm down. "Good boy, Pad. you can get off of me now." I instruct though he doesn't listen and applies more of his weight onto me.

I'm not sure how long Padfoot kept me on the floor, but it wasn't until Peter's latest alarm went off. He rolls over to turn off his alarm and resume his sleep when he sees me on the floor. "What's going on?" He stares at me, and Padfoot. "I was too anxious this morning, and Padfoot decided I needed a time out." Peter is still staring at me skeptically, "Is it working?" I shrug my shoulders, "I'm not anxious anymore." Padfoot starts waging his tail, obviously pleased with his work. Peter comes off his bed and lies half on me and Padfoot, joining us on the floor. "Does this mean we are sleeping in?" My brother asks. Between his and My dog's weight, I can't get up now.

It took some convincing but eventually, I got Peter and Padfoot off of me and finished getting ready for school.

As we walked the halls of Midtown, I could feel all their eyes watching us, knowing it was because of the interview on Saturday. Even my class was giving me weird looks.

Austin slid onto my desk very dramatically, flopping his hand over his face. "And here I thought we were friends, yet you couldn't even tell me who you were living with."

"It's not like you would have believed me," I mumble.

"Fair. But bragging rights though. You living with the fricken Avengers! That's so cool!" Austin yells jumping excitedly in his seat. At this point, most of the class is watching our interaction, and my nerves stick. Padfoot is pawing at my leg trying to get me to notice him. I place a hand on his head and take a deep breath, letting myself get lost in his fur. Austin was going to say something else, but the bell rang, signaling the start of first period.

The whole school day I felt eyes on me. From my classmates to people in the halls. I could hear them whisper amongst themselves, and I couldn't help but feel embarrassed.

At lunch the popular girls came and sat at my table, acting oddly friendly. I kinda blanked out and was only brought back to reality when one of the girls started snapping their fingers in front of my face. "Pay attention girl. Jessica just asked what's your favorite designer product you own. Mine are my Gucci sunnies. And yours is?" One of the backup popular girls says in this very fack preppy voice.

"Um, I don't really know, but Stark made me this hoodie. It might look kinda ordinary but it's packed full of cool tech." They ogle at my overshirt for a second before going back to talk about who knows what. This went on for the rest of lunch. I'm still kinda lost on why they were sitting with me. But I guess I don't care. I mean, it's a cafeteria, so they can sit wherever they like.

When school was done, I got a message that Happy would be late to pick us up as he was stuck in traffic. So I wait for him out front of the school with Petter, MJ, and Ned. Peter and Ned were standing arguing about which Star Wars movie was better, and MJ sites next to me, reading a book. All of a sudden, it starts to feel as though the colors are just a bit brighter, and the world's just that much quieter. I look around, observing everything as its interestingness grows. That's when dread seeps into my gut. Somethings off. My head starts to ring as the colors grow brighter, and the noise is almost silent. When the voices of Peter and Ned sound like someone speaking on the other side of a door, I hear a small whisper calling my name.

"Olivia, my dear little bug. It's finally time." I hear before the brightness blinds me. I'm surrounded by white, but as the brightness dies down, instead of my sight returning, it fades to black.
