Hu Tao and I are walking out of the gates, smiling at a few of the guards. "I've always loved this time of year." Hu Tao says with a smile, turning her head towards me.

I nod and smile back, "It is a nice time, I like seeing everyone start setting up for the Lantern Rite." I look around the town, seeing the sky turn orange-red from the setting sun. Though I was just in town yesterday, a few signs have already been set up for the Lantern Rite.

"Mhm!" She pauses and looks around, "Do you think we can convince our parents to rent out one of these restaurants for the Lantern Rite?" She cocks her head toward the direction of a restaurant.

On the restaurant, there's a small sign that reads: "Place Reservations Now!  When buying today, you'll get 25% off. Discount will only be applied for  February 5th during the Lantern Rite."

"Wouldn't you like to see the lanterns though?" I peer into a shop window, "Hey, let's stop in here."

"Ooh! I always knew I'd get my little brother into shopping!~" She teases as we step into the store before she continues the prior conversation a moment later, "We still can! We can rent out one with a balcony," she pauses and grins. "We can make it a small dinner party! You can invite your new friend, Chongyun!"

My face goes slightly pink for a moment before I shrug my shoulders, I'm not opposed to the idea. "That could be nice, do you think Ningguang and Zhongli would wanna stop by? They'll probably want to invite people too."

"I hope!~" she chirps.

Conversation comfortably fades out and we walk around the store, I see an item in the corner that catches my eye. A mini, light-blue cooler is in the corner.

I immediately walk towards it and pick it up, this catches Hu Tao's attention, "A mini cooler?" She asks, tilting her head slightly and walking towards me.

"Chongyun said he wanted one for his room... Since one's here I may as well get it for him." I flip the cooler over to see how much it costs.

She giggles next to me, "Oh?" I can hear the teasing tone in her voice.

I roll my eyes and nudge her shoulder softly, "Come on, I'm just trying to be nice." I feel my cheeks become slightly pink, I hope he likes this.

"I may as well get something for Yanfei then!~" She claps her hands together excitedly, "Hmm... She likes tofu..." She mutters to herself.

I tilt my head to her and smirk, "Oh, yeah?" I chuckle and take the small fridge, walking away to a small candle section in the store.

I hear her giggle behind me and we spend a few minutes in separate sections. We meet by the counter just as I finish putting mora on the table, I have bought a candle for myself and the mini-fridge and another candle for Chongyun.

"Ooh~ Quite a haul you have." She perks up behind me with a small container of miso soup in her hands.

I smile, "Most of it is for Chongyun." I take a bag of everything I just bought off the table, "Thank you!" I say to the cashier, they smile back and nod.

She pays and skips along next to me as we leave the store. The sun has completely set, and the town is lit up by the store lights. I shiver and put a hand on my arm.

She notices me shiver, "How about we go to a restaurant for dinner?"

I nod my head quickly, "Yes please."

We walk into a nearby restaurant and get seated, there are a few other people but we get seated in a quiet area.
