Chapter 4

'The cook left'

That was one of the numerous thoughts running around Zoro's head. The thoughts had one thing in common and that is they made his heart clench. He just couldn't wrap his head around what Nami said

Luffy looked at his first mate with a soften look, it wasn't pity, he would never look at him like that. It was sort of determination, a promise. He turned to Nami

"Nami what happened?"

Nami had calmed down, her tears ceasing. She sniffed once more before answering

"Well.."

Flashback
"Hello Sanji Vinsmoke"

Sanji tensed at hearing that name. A name he thought he would never hear again. Vinsmoke.

He turned his head to the voice. He saw a man whom he recognized as Capone Bege, one of the supernovas. Behind him were his men along with a pale man who had his tongue sticking out, his hair slicked back and was wearing glasses tinted black as well as a suit

"What the hell are you doing on our ship?"

"Hn"

Bege threw a card towards him, which he easily caught

Sanji looked skeptically at Bege before reading the card. He scanned it, even read it again. His eyes went wide at what he read. He threw the card back at Bege aggressively

"What the hell is this shit?"

"That's very disrespectful you know. If it wasn't obvious it was an invitation to a wedding, your wedding "

"WHAT?! SANJI'S GETTING MARRIED?!!" Chopper, Nami and Brook yelled

"You have been invited to Big Mom's tea party, in celebration of the marriage between Vinsmoke Sanji - third son of the Vinsmoke family and Charlotte Pudding - thirty-fifth daughter of the Charlotte family"

Bege said all with non-chalance, like he didn't basically come here to kidnap Sanji

"Sanji is apart of the Vinsmokes?" Brook said

Nami turned towards him

"You know them?"

Brook nodded "I've heard about them and if it's true then it can't be good"

Their gazes then turned to Sanji who has been silent for a while

"Listen sorry to say this but I refuse. My captain isn't going to take orders from anyone since he is going to be the next King of the Pirates"

Nami, Chopper and Brook nodded in agreement with his statement. Luffy would definitely not take orders from anyone. Bege sighed and shook his head

"No one turns down an invitation to Mama's tea party. I was really hoping you would make this easy. Vito"

The guy with his tongue sticking out (you know the one I mentioned before) nodded then walked to where Sanji was, to the unobservant, standing causally
but to the observant you could see his distress. The slight twitch of his fingers. In his mind there were numerous thoughts racing around his head all in panic

'How do they know I'm a Vinsmoke'

Vito stood by him, close enough to say something only Sanji could hear

"You know- rero Big Mom is a very powerful pirate with hundreds of soldiers at her beck and call. If she doesn't like something she gets rid of it. Do you really want your crew's death to be on your shoulders knowing you could have prevented it-rero?
