As the clock struck midnight, they finally arrived at one of Jungkook's private penthouses, nestled away from prying eyes and the chaos of the outside world.

Upon entering the penthouse, Jungkook couldn't contain the flood of emotions coursing through him. With a mixture of relief and gratitude, he enveloped Jin in a tight embrace, his heart overflowing with apologies.

"I'm so sorry, Jin," Jungkook murmured against Jin's shoulder, his voice laced with sincerity. "I never wanted to put you in situation like this. I promise to do everything in my power to keep you safe from now on."

Feeling Jungkook's sincerity, Jin gently pulled back from the embrace, meeting his gaze with understanding and forgiveness shining in his eyes.

"I forgive you, Jungkook," Jin replied softly, his voice filled with warmth and reassurance. "We've both made mistakes, but what's important is that we're here together now."

As Jungkook's expression softened with relief, Jin reached out, cupping his cheek tenderly.

"We'll face whatever comes our way, as long as we're together," Jin continued, his tone unwavering with determination. "No more doubts, no more fears. Just us, against the world."

Jungkook's phone buzzed with an incoming call from an unknown number, and a sense of apprehension washed over him as he answered.

"Hello?" Jungkook greeted cautiously, uncertainty lingering in his voice.

"Jeon Jungkook," a deep voice resonated from the other end of the line, sending a shiver down Jungkook's spine. "It's Kim Namjoon."

Jungkook's heart skipped a beat at the sound of Jin's father's voice, his mind racing with a flurry of emotions.

"Mr. Kim," Jungkook replied, trying to keep his tone composed despite the tension in the air. May i help you ?"

Namjoon's voice was solemn as he spoke. "I need to talk to you, Jungkook. It's about Jin."

Jungkook's grip tightened on the phone, his senses on high alert. "What about Jin?" he asked, his voice tinged with concern.

"I know he's with you," Namjoon stated matter-of-factly. "And I want to discuss your relationship with my son"

Jungkook's eyebrows furrowed in confusion. "Our relationship?"

"Yes," Namjoon confirmed. "I understand that Jin cares deeply for you, and I want to ensure that he's happy. Let's meet and talk things through."

Jungkook felt a glimmer of hope flicker within him at Namjoon's unexpected openness. "Alright," he agreed, his voice cautious yet willing. "Where do you want to meet?"

As Jin and Jungkook arrived at the luxurious 5-star hotel, Jin's apprehension grew, his mind flooded with worries about what his father might say or do. Jungkook sensed Jin's tension and placed a comforting hand on his shoulder.

"Hey, don't worry," Jungkook reassured Jin, his voice laced with sincerity. "Your father just wants to talk. We'll handle this together."
