Flashback

"Fiveeeee, can I come in?" Y/n asks outside from Five's door

"No, beat it, shortie." Five says

"That's mean, I'm coming in anyways."

"You can't, the door is locked--" Five gets cut off as Y/n uses her telekinisis to unlock it and come in "I forgot you could do that..."

"Now you get to see my beautiful face just a little bit longer." she says

"I don't want to, you're ugly."

"Ugh, I am not. You're just a dick."

"It can be both." he says with a sarcastic smile

"Well, then you're ugly too." she crosses her arms and glares at him

"I am not and you know it."

"I don't know it. You're just really really ugly. You look like Shrek."

"A few weeks ago you called Shrek hot."

"My mind can change based on my mood."

"But you're always in a bitchy mood, when can that mood change?"

"Never. That's just how I act around you." she says uncrossing her arms and sitting on his desk

"I'm well aware." he rolls his eyes and sits on his bed and he looks like he's thinking and then he smirks mischievously "You know what I think?" he asks and y/n rolls her eyes and sighs

"No, what do you think even though it's probably stupid like you."

"I think you have a little crush on me."

"Oh please, don't get cocky. My standards would have to be really low to like you."

"Oh come on, you know I'm handsome and you know you like me."

"Never."

"Never gonna admit it?"

"No. Never gonna have a crush on you."

"But you already do."

"Do not."

"Do too."

"Do not."

"Do too."

"Can you shut up? Your voice irritates me."

"No. You love my voice just as much as you love my face."

"Well, I don't like your face so I obviously don't like your voice either."

"Yes you do."

"No I don't."

"Yes you do."

"No I don't."

"Yes you do."

"We are not doing this again."

"Fine, but I know you like me."

"You're so irritating. I do not like you."

"You're right. You don't like me."

"Thank you--"

"You love me."

"Wha- No I don't!"

"Oh, but I'm so hot in your eyes."

"No, you're ugly."

"You don't believe that." he says and she flips him off

"Hey, be nice. Being a bitch won't get you a boyfriend."

"I don't want you to be my boyfriend!"

"Sureeeeeee."

"I don't!"

"Sure you don't." he rolls his eyes

"That's it! I'm leaving, jackass!" she says before leaving the room and slamming the door

"And that's how it's done." he whispers to himself, the whole time he was just saying that to get her to leave

There's the flashback, I like it because it kinda shows how Five and Y/n were to each other when they were teenagers, also, y/n in fact, DID have a crush on him, she just didn't know it because she's stuck in denial for so long and even me, THE WRITER, is pissed it takes so long just for her to realize she likes him but it had to be a slowburn and it ended with them together anyways so it's okay.
