A Slicing Chapter Five

A little make up here and there then voila she's now ready to school but not to learn but to interrogate . She doesn't care if her grades will get low and if she'll get scolded by her parents all she care about is Gem . And Gem only .

She started walking in the footpath avoiding any contact to human beings or strangers . She really and badly missed Gem .

When she reached school that's the time the bell just rang . She immediately kicked a can she found in the pavement making her less frustrated than before but her sadness just turned around cause she just got an idea .

' Excuse me but Faye and Trinity need to go right now , they were already excused by their parents ' She said calmly

Sheinz plan or more like a scheme is to excuse the both of them so they could talk . No complicated ideas included which means there's a less chance that this plan will backfired her or what so ever . Pretty simple , right ?

The teacher seemed to believe her excuse that means the plan perfectly worked .

' Please follow me guys , it's this way . '

In a few twist and turns in the hallway they reached an abandoned building behind the school . Questions filled the two ladies , wondering what they are doing here .

' What are we doing here ? ' Trinity said in a bitchy tone . For she didn't expect that they were going to this place . She seriously still feel the scary essence in the air . She do want to get out of here .

' I'll cut the crap , got any Info's about Gem ? Of who killed her ? ' she seriously said while giving them a cold and deathly glare .

Faye and Trinity didn't react . I mean what do they care about Gem ? They do had some grudges and businesses about her , Gem . But it doesn't mean that they killed her or is it ?

' That bitch ' Faye mouthed silently .

' But have you already talked to John Slaughter ? ' Trinity suggested then pointed Faye ' Her boyfriend , A.K.A His father's assistant ? '

That suggestion did ring a bell , she did remembered about John Slaughter having spare keys in the warehouse . Another suspect .

' I was hoping I could tell Faye about Trinity's disrespect about her but it's none of my business . They should settle this themselves . First , I need to talk to Gem's mom first , maybe I could do something to calm her down . I should relax this detective stuff ' she said in her mind .

But what they didn't know is that there's someone spying or eavesdropping in their petty conversation . Who could it be ? Is it a friend or a foe ? A suspect or a witness ?

Gem's House

' Horrible , just horrible ! ' You can probably hear that scream even a kilometer away .

' Relax , Aunt . ' Sheinz said in a calming voice .

Aunt Scylla has been screaming two words only . And that's Horrible and just .

Sheinz deeply breathed then found courage to ask what . What is horrible ? The aunt started to tremble in fear saying only ' heart ' and ' Gem ' over and over again .

That could only mean one thing , when she saw Gem's body she saw a big hole in her chest .

Meaning ...

Aunt Scylla just found the lost heart of Gem !
