  Enji-
"We just received concerning news." Akuma said.
  "What?" I asked.
"Inasa, Jax, and Toshinori have joined Arcadia and have chosen your son to lead them." Akuma said.
"We predicted this may happen when we heard the call of leaders." I said.
"I don't care! You said that brat of yours wouldn't be a problem! He has allied this whole planet!" Akuma shouted.
"It's nothing we can't handle. Besides, we caught The Raiders Oshta'auk sent to make sure we capture Dr. Mort. I have a plan." I said.
"Care to enlighten me?" Akuma asked.
"We're going to fake Dr. Mort's death, I'll set up the meeting as planned, and then I will hire an assassin anonymously to 'kill' him, in turn I'll free the...tortured captives back to Oshta'auk. Given how much he cares about his people...they will help us." I said.
"That doesn't fix the problem that is your son!" Akuma said.
"Why are you afraid of a failure like him? He will amount to nothing. Besides, we've made our own powerful alliances. Seraph, Tomura, you, and I. We may be few in comparison to Arcadia, but we are strong and we will have the genius that is Dr. Mort on our side." I said.
"And what about the prisoners from Jax and Toshinori's camps?" Akuma asked.
"We'll keep torturing them for information on their leaders. Everyone has a breaking point, eventually they will see the light." I said.
"You are evil as ever, My King." Akuma said, making an O with his fingers and bowing to me.
"Naturally." I said, smiling as we continued to walk through the camp.

Jade-
We welcomed all of the people from Toshinori, my dad's, and Inasa's camps. "Jade...can we speak?" Mom asked.
I looked at my dad and he nodded to me. I nodded and walked to my mom. We walked side by side with Hanta and Yo trailing behind us. "Is the guard necessary?" Mom asked.
"Shoto just wants to keep me safe, mom. He knows about our history." I said.
Mom sighed. "Jade...I never should have subjected you to the horrible things I did. You were my child. I'm not asking for your forgiveness. I'm just asking for a second chance." Mom said.
I sighed, and looked over her for any sort of lie, but there were none. She seemed genuine, like she did when dad was home on Earth. "I'm not making up excuses, but I always felt like...a completely different person when I was home alone with you kids. A switch would flip and I became a sadistic, evil, horrible mother that tortured her children. But now? I feel liberated." Mom said.
I sighed. "I'm not ready to forgive you yet mom, but I will give you a second chance. But, if you mess up, if you do anything to hurt me or my friends, or anyone here at Arcadia, the way you did back then? So help me mom, I will not hesitate to talk to Shoto about putting you in the catacombs for the rest of your life and you will never see me again." I said.
"That's only fair." Mom said.
I took a deep breath and nodded. "Did...you tell dad?" I asked.
"Yes, we talked about it in depth." Mom said.
I nodded and then I sighed. "For the record, I am really happy you and dad are here." I said.
Mom smiled. "We are both happy you're here too, Jade." Mom said.
I smiled at her. "So, uh...what are you gonna do in the camp?" I asked.
"I'm gonna focus on medicine and healing. Before everything, I wanted to be a doctor." Mom said.
"Really?" I asked.
"Yes." Mom said.
"You're in good hands. TC and Luna are the best." I said.
"So I've been told." Mom said.
I smiled and she waved to me. I waved back as she went to the doctor's hut. "You good?" Hanta asked.
"Yeah, I am. Thank you Hanta, Yo." I said, and they nodded.
I walked to Shoto who was talking to Shinso and Inasa for security updates. "Hey, we got a major problem." Daeva said, running to Hanta, Yo, and I.
"What?" I asked.
"One of our spies in Enji's camp just gave us an update." Daeva said, and the three of us exchanged a look.
I whistled and Midoriya, Bakugo, Tetsu, Kiri, and Shoto all came to me. "We got something." I said.
"Ok." Shoto said, and we all ran to the shack.
"This was the report." Daeva said, handing it to Shoto.
"Enji has captured Oshta'auk's people and is holding them hostage. He is planning on betraying the whole alliance." Shoto read.
"That's not good." I said.
"There's more." Shoto said, and we all looked at him. "Akuma seems to have a spy in Arcadia, he got word that the other clans joined Arcadia and chose you as their leader. Enji didn't seem too worried, but Akuma is scared. They plan on setting up the meeting and fake assassinating Dr. Mort where everyone can see and think he's dead. But really he'll be alive." Shoto read.
"Bastards." Bakugo said, clenching his fists, shaking.
"What do we do?" Kirishima asked.
"I'll kill the bastard myself so he doesn't hurt anyone else I care about." Shoto said.
"Shoto's right. Dr. Mort can't be allowed to live to make more people suffer." I said.
"I'll send out a message to Aspen, Oshta'auk, Kana, Cletus, Tianzo, Archer, and Felix about the change of plans. Since Toshinori, Jax, and Inasa are part of Arcadia now, and I'm the leader, they don't need to know. We cannot let this plan get out to Enji, Akuma, Tomura, or Seraph. No matter what! This stays between all of us in this shack." Shoto said.
"Ok." They all agreed.
"Great, thank you Daeva." Shoto said, and she and I sent the information to them in their languages as to keep it a secret.
"Sure." She said.
We all eight walked out together and helped everyone continue to settle in at Arcadia as we continued to build and make improvements to sustain all of us.
