Amarion's Mansion

AMARION SAT in his office, tapping his pen on the desk as he waited for his financial advisor to turn up.

3 days prior, Amarion and Kiyanna had gone to her house to clear it out as she decided to quit her job and didn't wanna go back to Atlanta until the funeral.

She refused to go to Gio's house as she kept telling Amarion that Gio carries guns, so they just turned back and went back to his place.

Amarion looked out the window, seeing Kiyanna sitting by the pool, staring out into space and he smiled a little.

The Mcdonald's worker that had caught his eye a few weeks ago was now living with him? It's like a dream.

He wanted to make Kiyanna his, but he felt like it was too early because of what had just happened with Gio.

Maybe Gio would still be lurking, or maybe she wouldn't trust Rio straight away. He knew he was nothing like Gio. Not with the way he was raised.

The sliding glass door on his office leading to the backyard slowly slid open, Kiyanna standing behind it with a sad look on her face.

"You okay?" he asked as she stepped in, his eyes admiring how the shorts and tank top she was wearing hugged her figure.

A tear rolled down her eye and he pulled her close to him, she landed on his lap and he wrapped his arms around her as she sobbed

"It's okay, Kiyanna. She's in a better place now" Kiyanna's dad spoke, looking down at his crying daughter who was sitting in his lap.

"Y-you're all i've got, Dad. You and TJ" young Kiyanna cried, burying her head in his chest

"I'm never gonna hurt you, babygirl. Daddy's always gonna be here" he stroked her back as she sniffled, which was muffled as her face was still against his chest.
