Pete woke up with the first sunray touching his face, he removed Vegas's arms slowly and got up stretching his body, venice was still asleep so he went to check on him, his fever was gone and his face was gaining back colour, he sat next to him and only moments later Venice opened his eyes so he moved closer to him, "Good morning baby," Venice was still processing his surroundings in silence, "Daddy?" He asked after he couldn't see his dad, "Daddy is right there, he's still sleeping," Pete pointed at Vegas who was actually rubbing his eyes now, "And he's awake Good morning,"

"Good morning," Vegas said in his hoarse voice. He gave Pete a forehead kiss and then moved next to Venice, "How are you feeling kitten?" "I wanna go home," Venice said with a pout, "I know baby, I will talk to the nurse and see if we can leave now, okay?" Vegas left the room and Pete took Venice's hand for comfort, but for some reason, the little boy refused to look him in the eyes, "Venice, are you okay??" Pete asked getting anxious, "Is Pete angry because Venice called him papa?" "What?" "Cau cau said if daddy has a lover then Venice will get a papa, and you and daddy are lovers so Pete is my papa right?" Venice gave him the puppy eyes so naturally Pete's heart melted at the look,

"Come here sweetie" he took him in his lap after he leaned on the bed next to him, "First of all I'm not angry, venice can never make me angry, being your papa is an honour to me and it makes me so happy, second of all, how did you find out that me and daddy are lovers?" "Pete and Daddy give each other hugs all the time, and they kiss like Uncle Kinn and Uncle Porsche, and they look happy when they're together so they must be lovers," Venice said and finished with a shy giggle, pete kissed his cheek roughly, "my smart boy!" "So that means Venice can call you Papa?" "You can call me whatever you want baby, I will love you the same no matter what, as long as Venice wants to of course,"

Vegas walked into the room again and gave them a teasing look, "what are you two up to?" "Just bonding hehe," "Venice has a papa now!" Venice shouted cheerfully and hugged Pete, "Excuse me sir don't hug my boyfriend I will get jealous!" Vegas went beside them and hugged Pete from the side, "No need to fight there's enough Pete for both of you," Pete said giggling and kissed both of them on the cheeks,

After the nurse checked on Venice they left the hospital and headed home, they walked inside and Pete's jaw dropped at the interior, "can you clean him and change his clothes? I will make lunch," Vegas asked putting the groceries in the kitchen counter, "Yes, sure, where's his room?" "Upstairs, second room on your left," "Okay, let's go" he carried Venice in his arms and went upstairs,

He took off Venice's clothes and started cleaning him, after he finished he wrapped him in a towel and placed him on his bed gently, after he dried him he kissed his cheek leaving him in giggles "Okay little burrito, let's get you some clothes," he dressed him in blue care bear onesie and dried his hair gently while listening to his random conversations,

After they finished they went back downstairs to the kitchen where Vegas was almost done with making the lunch, "Daddy hungry hehe!" Venice shouted while still in Pete's arms, "Okay little bear but first here's your strawberry treat," vegas filled a spoon with some medicine and shoved it in Venice's mouth so smoothly, Pete was stunned, to say the least, "Is that?" "Yes, I mean it tastes like strawberry, and he won't take it if I say it's medicine so," "That's genius babe! no wonder Venice is a smart kid look at his dad!" "Well I learned it the hard way hhhh, alright food is ready, go take your seats"

After lunch the trio sat together in the living room watching a movie, "So the famous singer is his grandpa??" "No Daddy!" "but the guitar belongs to him right?" "He stole the guitar after he killed the guy Vegas, as well as his songs, he's not the grandfather, he's a bad guy," "Bad guy!"
Pete and Venice explained to the very confused Vegas, "Ohhh now I see, have you two watched this movie before?" "I watch movies with kids from time to time, and Venice loved this one a lot," "It is a good movie," Vegas added tho he barely paid any attention to it, since he had something else to watch.
