Aura's P.O.V

Feeling a rush of adrenaline, I took in the scene before me. Their wide eyes locked onto mine, each face a canvas of varied emotions. Shock, surprise, perhaps even a hint of curiosity danced across their features. It was as if time had slowed, and I stood there, captured in their collective gaze.

Sunghoon's expression seemed to melt, his arms falling limp by his sides. He turned fully towards me, as if drawn by some invisible force. Despite the situation being far from ideal, I couldn't help but notice the softness in his gaze that lingered on my face.

"Aura," he murmured, his voice barely above a whisper. I glanced between them, my eyes widening in surprise. A faint furrow formed on my brow as I took a cautious step back. The name stirred memories of our encounter in the woods, leaving me puzzled yet intrigued by his familiarity with it.

I hesitated before finally stuttering out, "Is... is that my name?" Confusion and concern danced across Sunghoon's face, mirroring the expressions of the others. Their recognition of me, particularly Sunghoon's, was undeniable. With a glimmer of hope, I sought answers from the group, hoping to unravel the mystery surrounding my own identity.

Fear gnawed at me knowing they weren't human, yet a strange sense of reassurance washed over me knowing that neither was I. It was a small comfort in the midst of uncertainty, a flicker of relief amidst the growing unease in their presence.

"You don't remember your name?" Sunghoon's voice broke through the silence, drawing my attention. The others remained silent, their shocked expressions hinting at their own confusion. I shook my head in response, watching as Sunghoon's gaze shifted to another man standing near the fireplace. He was of similar height to Sunghoon, with light brown hair that bordered on dirty blonde, adding another layer to the enigma surrounding us.

"What do you remember?" The man's question cut through the tension, drawing my focus back to him. As I glanced around the room once more, I noticed all eyes were fixed on me, their intensity heightening the pressure to recall anything about my past.

Under their scrutinizing gaze, I felt like an unidentified specimen on display in a museum, nerves prickling along my skin. My eyes flickered back to Sunghoon, his gaze meeting mine with a shimmer of emotion I couldn't quite place. There was a longing in his eyes as they searched my face, stirring something deep within me.

"I remember... seeing you in the woods, you called me Aura there too," I murmured softly, uncertainty lingering in my tone. I wasn't sure what they were hoping for in terms of my memories. As I spoke, I noticed Sunghoon's eyebrows furrowing, adding another layer of complexity to the situation.

"And before that?" His question hung in the air, prompting me to search deeper into my fragmented memories. As I glanced around, my eyes briefly locked with an icy stare from the man leaning against the far wall. Suspicion lingered in his gaze, but for a fleeting moment, something else flickered within his eyes before vanishing, leaving only the cold stare behind. He, too, stood tall, his stature matching that of Sunghoon and the other, with perfectly disheveled short black hair adding to his enigmatic aura.

Returning my gaze to Sunghoon, I found solace in his warm eyes, a stark contrast to the chill I felt from the other. "I woke up in a lake just before that. I don't remember anything else," I confessed, the weight of my words settling heavily between us. Sunghoon's eyes widened in response, portraying his surprise at my revelation.

"Wait, the lake where..." Another voice chimed in, only to be swiftly silenced by a warning glance from Sunghoon, a gesture not lost on me. The boy who spoke sat in the lone chair, his handsome, round face wearing a soft, boyish expression, framed by red hair. His lips pressed together awkwardly as Sunghoon's intense gaze cut off his words, leaving him to fall into silence.
