ෆ when he finally sees you again, but this time might be different than the last
✎ my internet literally was restored today 🥳 more post coming soon."Hurry up, I don't have all day," you curled your lip at Rashad as he slowly got into your car. He had once again begged you for a favor, asking if you could bring him to the store.
You complied after he promised to buy you candy of your choice, however, he was taking forever to get back into the car.
"My fault, have you seen the new cashier? she so bad," he said, getting in the car.
"No, I haven't, get in, next time you walking, taking your damn time," you said, starting the car. The store was only a five minute drive, compared to the thirty minute walk.
"Sorry, can you stop at the corner, real quick?" He pointed, laughing as you groaned.
"You and Jo talked or something, bro been giving me hella discounts, then boom, he asked me about you the other day," he said, as you pulled up to the curb.
"No," you said too quickly, realizing you seemed suspicious, when he glanced at you.
The block was crowded, the usual group of guys, and others, joking around, some getting sturdy, recording, while the rest cheered them on. As he stepped out of the car, there eyes seemed to snap his way, relaxing as they saw who it was.
Suddenly, there he was, emerging from within the full stairs. Jo stepped down, dapping Rashad, looking fine as ever. Wearing a white Amiri shirt, it fit perfectly against his muscled body.
At this moment, you were grateful for your tented windows. He wouldn't be able to see your gawking eyes, roaming all over him, as if you'd never seen a man before.
He talked with Rashad a little more, your heart sped up as he nodded his head at the car. Trying to read his lips, he was most likely asking, who did the car belong to. You muttered a series of curse words, knowing Rashad said you were in the car. You knew immediately, by the way that grin appeared on his lips, before his eyes moved to the dark glass, staring as if he could see through it, nodding as Rashad kept talking.
