JHAIL'S POV

Hindi ako makapaniwala the next day. Nasa labas ako ng bahay ngayon ni Reve. He's living alone kaya mas lalo akong kinabahan. Alexei wasn't joking afterall. Nahihibang na nga siguro ang kuya kong yun. He arranged everything just in hours, as in lahat talaga, pati na ang pagtransfer ko ng school ni Reve.

I don't know if I'd be happy or not. Baka kasi kung anong isipin ni Reve, what if he'll think of me as weird?

"Prince Jhail Nim Nikolai Ivanov?" I stilled. Literal na napaurong ako sa kinatatayuan dahil sa baritonong bosis na yun.

I haven't heard his voice this close. Kaya hindi talaga ako nakagalaw. Am I being weird? hindi ko rin alam. Napaigking ako ng biglang may mabigat na kamay ang pumatong sa balikat ko. My heart is racing inside my ribcage. I'm starting to feel my sweats on my forehead. Damn why am I feeling like this?

"Are you nervous? Don't worry much I'll take care of you." he said na mas lalo lang nagpabilis ng tibok ng puso ko.

His hands on both of my shoulders spinned me to face him. Gulat lang akong napatingin sa kanya. The heck? he's so strong! how can he do that without putting much effort?

"H-Hi." I managed to mumbled.

He smiled and I almost melt infront of him. It feels like my knees turned into jelly seeing his lips stretched forming a smile, a smile that meant for me. My heart is thumping like crazy. God! Jhail! get yourself together! magmumukha kang tànga sa harap nya!

"U-Uhh.." damn it, find your words stúpid jhail!

"You're probably tired from the long trip. Follow me. I'll escort you to your room." he gently said tsaka nya kinuha sakin ang dala kong travelling bag at sya na ang nagdal

Sumunod naman ako sa kanya. This house is spacious, halatang kakarenovate lang din. The theme is oak brown. There are wide couches and all the accessories screamed luxury. But aside from the luxurious items, the atmosphere seems lonely.

Did he brought this house only to live alone? mas masaya kapag buong pamilya ang nakatira. But just like my brother Alexei, maybe he's not close to his families either.

We stopped in an oak designed door. Is he a lover of oak woods? he seems to like it, halos lahat kasi ng kagamitan sa bahay ay kakulay ng oak woods. Hmm, it's quite cute. Napangiti ako, this is my chance in getting to know him more. Thanks to kuya Alexei.

"This is your room. You can rearrange the things there, ikaw na ang bahala." sabi nya.

I can't look at him in the eyes. Baka tuluyan na nga akong matunaw. "O-okay." that's all I can manage to say.

I can see in my peripheral vission na ngumiti sya and I bit my lips for it. "The Lion said he wants you to study here and live a life as a Filipino, you're a citizen of this country anyway."

"R-really? he said it?" tanong ko. My brother is such a great brother! wala akong ibang masabi para sa kanya. How can he come up with that excuse? pero okay na din, totoo rin naman gusto ko ring maranasan ang buhay pilipino.

"Yeah, he did. Please be at home. You're very much welcome here. It's an honor to take care of prince Nikolai of Russia." he bow at me bago nagpaalam na aalis dahil may gagawin daw.

"Uhmm.. P-Please cut the formality. I'm not really comfortable with it." I didn't expect him to hear it dahil sa hina ng bosis ko, pero tumigil sya sa paglalakad.

He turned around and smiled at me. That smile..

"Sure Jhail." ngumiti na naman sya bago umalis.

Pumasok narin ako sa room ko and breathe. Haaaa. Is this really for real? I am living with the person I like? Oh God!!
