Verdin while holding his chest from the stab wound, he is trying not to fall but collapses still breathing hard and heavily injured.
Verdin: (Collapsed and hurt badly) (Coughing blood)
He then hears his past as voices echoes in his head while he is grounded in the floor bleeding dying...
Verdin's voice "This obelisk... is my record of my victory in the crusader wars"
Princess Gladyr's voice "and it will stand as it is forever, your words inspired many of our people and even your fellow sentinels"
Verdin: (Groaning in pain) Agh...!!
Verdin's voice "You want to marry me? My princess?"
Princess Gladyr's voice "(Laughed) If I want to marry you? Verdin...You are MINE!"
More voices on his head where heard...
Andrex's Voice " I fall to believe that's true because you fought and survived without a single injury"
Verdin's voice "No a single slash or cut I've received, the leader of the sun clan was shaking so hard when I was walking towards him slowly after he was last standing, had refuse to fight me so I've thrown him my staff at him like a javelin"
Cyresa's voice "Dad, I want to learn like her"
Verdin's Voice "Alright......Gladyr! Love! Come over here! Cyre here want to learn how you throw daggers like the way you do!"
Harux's voice "Friend.... she impress me..."
Verdin's voice "Amanda is someone really special Harux... she is...."
More voices are heard.
Amanda's voice "Tech Verdin, Tech! but I need that! And im also going to need more boxes maybe five large crates!"
Verdin's voice "Wait that's a lot darling!"
Harux's voice "friend I think is better to do this and what she wants!"
Is like voices reminding of his past and everything he did.... then... one sounded on his head and when he looks to the source of the voice, he sees Gladyr and Amanda coming to him.
Empress Gladyr: (Running to him) Oh stars!! Verdin!! Do you need---!?
Amanda: (Running behind Gladyr desperate) VERDIN!!!
Verdin: (Dying) Gladyr..... I have not much time left... (Coughing blood badly) don't worry for me.... (Coughing) Ill be fine.
Amanda: (Stopped) No! I cannot leave you on this ship! We need--!!
Empress Gladyr: Amanda! is alright.... (Sighed) Verdin was already dying even before when he was partially corrupted.
Verdin: Amanda.... come here, I need to say something to you.
Amanda: (Tearing and went to him and she is close to him lowered her head)
Verdin: (Touching her left side of her head) Amanda..... promise me that you will go out to the stars after this war is over..... I want you to go out, beyond and to the infinite..... do you understand?
Amanda: Verdin.... Please I don't want to let you go like this...
Verdin: Amanda.... I was already dying... Im now the only one who can destroy this damn ship..... give me the detonator you crafted.
Amanda: What..? what are you going to...??
Verdin: I need to see this through Amanda (Coughing!!) Give me the detonator and leave me be.
Amanda: I can't do tha--!
Empress Gladyr: Amanda my girl.... Give him that detonator please.... We need to end Verdin's suffering.
Verdin: Amanda... please....
Amanda: (Closed her eyes in pain and proceed to take the detonator and give it to him)
Verdin: (He grabs it) Now you both, get out of here.
Empress Gladyr: Amanda, go to your fighter... You Rexus, Juvian and Alaria..... Ill be behind you. Give me a moment with him alright?
Amanda: (Crying and left running away from them)
Empress Gladyr: (Went to Verdin) I know she will grief for you these days....
Verdin: She knows I cannot be saved, and this is the only way I can end my suffering.
Empress Gladyr: I know.... (Holds Verdins face) I love you Verdin....
Verdin: You were the greatest female I ever had in my life Gladyr.... I will always love you forever even out there in the stars.
Empress Gladyr: (Proceed to jaw lock him one last time)
Verdin: (Finishing kissing) Go now Gladyr....
Empress Gladyr: (Stood up) May the stars guide your path to eternity and eternal peace, Verdin.... (She left him and proceed to sprint away)
Verdin tried to get up and he is collapsing and using his remaining strength to sit down on a wall with the detonator as Rexus planted several bombs in the cannon chamber. He sat down leaning on a wall and then he sees from the Window, Amanda's ship and all the fighters and Gladyr's dropship taking off and left the Dark Ship. Verdin then saw Cyra's spirit waiting for him.
Verdin: (Smiles at her)
Cyra: (Smiles at him) (Nods and raised her hand at him as she is waiting for him)
Verdin: (turn on the detonator and hold it) (Deep breath......) For Haxaria...
Verdin proceed to close his eyes and with courage, he pressed the red button and the ship reactor chamber started to explode and the hull integrity on the entire ship has been compromised. Moments later the ship after several explosion, it finally exploded aloud in a massive explosion like a supernova...
Cyresa: (From the mountain watching several ship wreckages falling towards the ocean) (Felt Verdin's death) (Tears falling) May you rest well among the stars with mother at peace for all eternity, dad...
Cyresa proceed to collapsed and cry like a little girl after her dad's death. A mighty Haroxian Brute warrior has sacrificed himself for the lives of others. Verdin finally ended his suffering and now he is at peace. Now that Deuron is dead too, all it remains is to destroy the remaining Dark forces of The Darkness and save Haxaria once and for all.
