[FINAL CHAPTER]: A Perilous Future

[Planet Haxaria / 30 Years Later / Overseer Chamber]

Cyresa is in her chambers doing her Overseer task... she is currently watching all outcomes of the future until she stumbles on one that might change the fate of the galaxy, she is watching a future timeline that is 200 years from now.

Cyresa: (Watching the Future and has her eyes closed)

She is breathing as she is finding this outcome and timeline quite disturbing, a Harxarian Empire that could be an enemy to humanity because of one foolish Emperor that is scared of an Star Empire and its not just The Shantary Empire but this one.... is a new one that she never heard off....

Cyresa: (Low tone) Starfire Imperium?

She is discovering who they are.... and its a malevolent and a very authoritarian draconic empire that unlike the Shantary Empire... they want to subjugate the entire galaxy under their reign and enslave all non draconic races, mostly humans. She is seeing a Dragon Emperor and a Shantary Empress working together as they are helping them to control a Galactic Senate established by all future star nations and trying to manipulate all races that the Starfire Imperium must be the custodians of the Galaxy but in reality... she is seeing their true intentions.... they want to create a Galactic Imperium where all Star Nations around the Galaxy are not going to be just members.... but subjects, only to those that aren't dragon races....

Cyresa: (Growling angry) No.....

She is seeing another vision while she still have eyes closed.... a well know planet.... Earth getting invaded by Shantary and the Starfire Imperium.

Cyresa: No!.... This..... No!!

Then..... she is seeing that the main antagonist of Humanity, the Shantary Empire came with a truce and a negotiation with Humanity as a whole in which it says...

"This is are our terms..... United Republic of Earth will remain standing and must become both Starfire Imperium and Shantary Empire subjects in exchange from being annihilated from existence.... we will respect your few systems you will on but all your worlds will have slaving centers in orbit including Earth. Your diplomacy will be extremely restricted and all expansions to other star system must ask either me or Starfire Imperium's Emperor and we will tell you if you are allowed to expand to your requested system. this also includes diplomacy in the senate when we propose a new resolution in the voting section and when we support certain resolution, you are force to vote with us in favor. This means that United Republic of Earth is forbidden to vote independently from any resolution.... do you understand these terms Mr President?"

"Yes..... Yes Empress Ashik' Vy.... I agree with these terms as long my kind is not eradicated..."

"We will not going to kill any more humans... as long you agree with our terms then everything is settled between us..."

Cyresa: (Tears angry) Damn you!!! You Shantary!!! You cant...!!!!

She is seeing another vision.... years after.... a glimpse of another world as the sun of another star, shines in the horizon of the world from orbit.... a planet engulfed by a vast city.... an ecumenopolis, a city planet built by an advance race... but who? she is seeing Armadas of hundreds of warships and massive capital ships in orbit and all in V Formations... who they are... She is now hearing voices... like a message.

"In the dawn after the fall.... in the next 2 centuries of silence... they will reemerge and all races in the galaxy will remember who they are.... they all sought to be inferior but they prove them wrong especially the Shantary and the Starfire Imperium.... The Horizon Federation, the guardians of peace and galactic justice have emerged. All of this happened because of the bright minds of the leaders Humans, Haroxians and Sylarians alike came together with a plan right after the fall of the United Republic of Earth"
