After a walk around the city of New Florida, the President invites Gladyr and her bodyguards diplomats Avalax and Akalax to his Presidential Office located in the old state of Texas, Dallas City. And once they are inside the big structure facility.
President Franklin: (Entering his office) Come! Make yourself feel at home!
Empress Gladyr: (Entering) Akalax and Avalax. You two can stay outside while I have a chat with him alright.
Avalax: Sure your majesty. We will stay here.
President Franklin: They can stay behind our doors. (Doors close it) This will be fun.
Empress Gladyr: Now that we are here, lets chat about everything you wish to discuss.
President Franklin: Sure thing! (He sit on his presidential chair and Gladyr proceed to seat too and looking at him) So now lets discuss things about alliances between our two kind. This is new for me and maybe you too and by saying new I mean... like.
Empress Gladyr: (Arms crossed) Like its all about that we are making alliance and political talks between two races I know.
President Franklin: More like... this will be the first day in our history and maybe yours, that we will for the first time ever engage in Interstellar Diplomacy.
Empress Gladyr: You know since im here on Earth, ive learned new and such uniform words I never have heard ever in my life.
President Franklin: Its ironic tho. But sometimes makes me wonder how far advanced your kind is.
Empress Gladyr: Amanda told us we were quite advanced from being primitives. But we don't have many space ships and that ship you all saw was a gifted ship by Sarayah so is basically a Xantarian Ship.
President Franklin: (Leaned on his chair and rubbing his chin thinking) Hmmm..... (Moves a hand) Maybe we can work on a trade deal for your nation. I was thinking if we transfer several metals from our star freighters to your home world and maybe ill send some engineers to help you build your nation up for a fix time of 20 years. How about this trade deal?
Empress Gladyr: You are willing to help us out?
President Franklin: Why not? I have a good feeling with your kind already and I trust we will make great allies in the future. Let the United Republic of Earth help you all build a great Star Nation like ours.
Empress Gladyr: I like this deal and terms! But since your nation is a democracy, I don't know if you will agree with our government type and policies....
President Franklin: Well you said your nation is the Harxarian Empire and im sure your government type is Imperial.
Empress Gladyr: (Tilt head) Wait... You know?
President Franklin: Your majesty... Every old and ancient nation we had here on Earth in our history that has Empire in its name they are always being Imperials. Policies they had of course slavery, some being extremely authoritarian and some being hegemonic to other nations in the past. I can give you and show you all our history in my library In my own museum.
Empress Gladyr: Oh my... Theres been Human Empire nations in Earth before?
President Franklin: Oh! Lots of them! This is not new for us.
Empress Gladyr: Well we are none of those but... we use sometimes slavery but, our own slaves sell themselves voluntary for paying a debt.
President Franklin: Imperial Slaves.... Huh. That's a concept I never heard off ever.
