Keigo’s patrol had been tiring to say the least. He had walked in on a criminal group that Keigo was reasonably sure he had captured on a hero patrol once, before when everything was..Well, not fine but still ten times better than that nightmare of a war. So when Keigo had walked into the warehouse tired, and with a terrible migraine, he hadn't expected to see a boy that looked Keigo’s age who was definitely not Tenko. He also didn't expect that that person would be Dabi  Touya Todoroki. When he saw white hair and light purple scars,(less severe than Dabi's) he nearly had a panic attack until he remembered he hadn't, in fact, killed Twice in this time. He didn't plan on doing that again either. But, back to the matter at hand. Touya was the LAST person he had expected to see. The familiar blue eyes looked him over in a cold, calculating way. It reminded him of Dabi. The silence was broken by Tenko making an exaggerated noise of relief. “Thank god you’re here Kei.” Tenko sat up from the couch. Had he been there the whole time?  “He won’t stop asking me annoying shit.”

Tenko pointed to Touya and he rolled his eyes, ignoring Tenko’s remark. The blonde kid  he referred to as 'Kei' looked like a gaping fish. Seriously, what was wrong with him? He looked like an idiot. “So you’re the one who let a child fight alone?” Touya let his gaze harden slightly. Ignoring the indignant noise Tenko made about being called a child. The blonde kid’s eyes seemed to follow his every move, It was kinda..unerving.

Tenko seemed to notice this too because he got up and waved in the bird’s face.‘Kei’ blinked and seemed to come back down to earth. He sucked in a breath “First of all, Who are you?” The bird’s wings twitched  “And why are you here?” The bird boy crossed his arms. Touya huffed, “Name’s Dabi” Touya had no intention of revealing his name, nor did he think the bird knew who he really was. He had a hard enough struggle getting out of his hometown without everyone recognizing him. He really needed to dye his hair or something. "I'm here to make sure the kid" He points a lazy finger at Tenko. "Got to his home safely." Touya got up and stretched his slightly aching limbs. "Now if you'll excuse me" Touya muttered and walked over to the door. “I don’t plan on staying any longer. Maybe we’ll meet again, maybe not.” The bird boy stepped aside. “Ah, ok” Dark pupils exploded, engulfing gold. “I don’t think I told you my name.”

Touya paused halfway out the door. He couldn’t care less but he couldn’t keep calling him bird boy, so he listened. “I’m Keigo.” Touya hummed in acknowledgement. “Keigo, huh? Well I'll see you later.” Touya walked off and could have sworn he heard a small see you later back. Keigo. For some reason, that boy had seemed familiar. Like some weird sense of deja vu.

Holy Shit.

He had just encountered Dabi again. But, not all scarred. He clearly hadn’t burned as much as he did in his timeline, or rather, his old one. Was this his timeline now? Or had he invaded another person’s life? Was this a dream? If so, he didn’t want to wake up. Keigo could feel the migraine coming on, creeping up his head like his handlers cold, cruel hands. Finger’s snapping in his face brought him back. Dammit why does that keep happening? "Hey,Kei?" Tenko's eyes were filled with mounting concern. "You good? You seemed..A Little tense." Tenko gently touched Keigo’s palm, a weird comforting technique that Keigo believed was the best.

He couldn't tell Tenko about a thing from his timeline. He would be mad right? Would he? How would that affect things? No. It would be better to lead Tenko on.

"I'm fine Ten," He ruffled Tenko’s already messy hair. "I was just spacing out."

He smiled at Tenko and fake yawned(no that Tenko noticed and if he did, he didn't ask). Tenko scanned his expression once more and sighed. "Alright, if you say so I guess." Tenko marched upstairs and left for his room. Keigo let out a small breath. He should calm down, after all, this was a new start. A new timeline. Somewhere where he can make things right.
