"Table three is ready!" Luffy came into the kitchen, crossed her arms over her chest and said with a grin: "Hi, I'm Luffy! From today on I'm your new waitress! Nice to meet you!" But no one seemed to have listened to her. She sat on a chair at the edge of the action and watched the chefs prepare food for the guests while she tilted withe the chair and picked her nose. Everyone seemed to be highly focused on what they were doing. "Is dessert ready for table six?" "Tell me, who took the order?" "Of course you did, who else?!" "I don't have time now, I have a lot to do!" "Nonsense! You're just too lazy!" "What did you say? Who is lazy here?!" The straw hat wearing woman watched the argument unperturbed until the four cooks turned to her and shouted in unison: "Don't sit around here and pick your noses! There is work to do! Go wash the dishes!" Without protest, she got up and went to the sink where she started washing. However, she didn't pay much attention to what she was doing, but continued to watch the cooks with interest. Her eyes stopped on a familiar chef who was peeling an apple, it was Patty. "Where is Sanji?" "He's flirting with some chick." "Again? He hangs around the dining room all the time and doesn't do anything! It's a real mystery to me that such a womanizer becomes sous chef!" "There's nothing you can do about it. He's been here the longest." "Do you actually understand why Sanji is still working even though he doesn't get along with the Chef?" Luffy slipped the plate from his fingers. It shattered with a clatter, but she simply grabbed the next one and continued listening. "What do I know?" "Nah, he wants to become chef de cuisine himself, what else?" Another plate broke. And another and another. Some of the cooks stopped their work and looked at the straw hat wearer when another plate broke. Angrily, Patty stomped towards her before growling, "I guess I'm not seeing right! Can't you pay attention, you klutz?! How many plates have you broken?" Luffy looked at the plate in her hand before it moved to the remaining broken porcelain and she said, "I'm sorry. I didn't count." "What are you saying?! Be more carefall, damit!" One of the cooks came with a broom and held it out to her. "Leave the dishes and clean up properly!" She took it. "Yeah, it's okay!" She walked away from the sink as the two chefs watched her go and saw a plate with a delicious dish on it out of the corner of her eye. Her mouth was watering and without a second thought she stole a small piece from the plate, which of course didn't go unnoticed. "Keep your hands away! There is no snacking here! Now you've ruined my main course." Smiling, she turned her head to the chef and tried to support herself as she said, "Why? Everything tastes the same anyway." However, she hadn't seen that she was about to lay her hand one a hot wok. Screaming, she yanked her hand back, took the kitchen utensil with her and dropped the broom. She stumbled backwards a bit before tripping over her own feet and falling. The impact caused a small shock, causing several pots, plates, ladles, bowls and containers to move before they joined Luffy on the floor. Dadan seemed to have been right that she sometimes went through the world with her eyes closed. She immediately jumped up and started running around the kitchen like a wild animal, holding her burnt hand as she caused more chaos and shouted, "Ah, I burned myself!" The chefs had enough. "Get out of the kitchen!" Patty was ultimately the one who put an end to her activities. He grabbed her by the collar before reaching for her face, squeezing it slightly and saying, "Listen! YOU will now take orders. You go to the guests and ask them what they want to eat!" As he spoke, he slowly left the kitchen with her and approached the stairs that led to the dining room. "Do you think you can do it?" "Yes," she squeezed out. Either he had forgotten what had recently happened in the dining room or he didn't care.

Luffy slowly walked down the spiral staircaseand muttered to herself: "Man, it's pretty tiring here. Now I know howCorby must have felt. Poor guy." "Hey, waitress!" She knew the voice. Sheturned to this and saw Nami, who had turned around in her chair and was lookingup at her, Zoro and Usopp sitting at one of the tables. "Huh, what are youdoing here?" Only then did she see that there were delicious looking dishes onit. Usopp leaned a little on the table with his arms crossed as he looked up ather with a grin. "So you've been working in the restaurant for a wholeyear now, right?" "Well, then it's time we got another Jolly Roger,"said Zoro. He had his swords propped against the table and leaned backcomfortably in his chair. The three of them knew it was a little mean of them, but they couldn't help but annoy her a little. However, she hadn't heard whatthey said. Her eyes looked hungrily at all the food as she whimpered, "Oh~. Ohman, you're being unfair! What do you think to eat all these delicious things? And that without me too!" She got a little angry at the last part. She couldforgive a lot, but something like that was a punch in the stomach. "We're justguests here and we're just having a good time," said the green-haired man andturned his head away. However, out of the corner of his eye he could still seeexactly what the straw hat wearer was doing. Luffy knew it was extremelychildish, even by her standards, but she couldn't think of anything betterright away. Insulted, she picked her nose before flicking a booger into Zoro'swater glass. "Eat this!" "Oh my goodness, Luffy." The black-haired man had tohold himself together not to burst out laughing. Nami wasn't feeling anybetter. She put her hand over her mouth to stifle her giggles. Zoro acted as ifhe hadn't seen it as he turned back to her. "Well, the cuisine is reallyexcellent. You can't complain about that." He grabbed the glass, which alreadyhad the booger on the bottom, and slowly brought it to his mouth. "Luffy,I'm really sorry..." The other two's faces were already red as they foundit increasingly difficult to suppress their laughter. Zoro had the glass almostto his lips when he suddenly grabbed Luffy and poured the water into her mouth."...that you have to drink this now!" Her eyes had widened insurprise before she tried not to accidentally inhale the water, which she onlyhalf succeeded. Usopp and Nami's dams were broken and they both burst outlaughing.
