Car crash ᡣ𐭩

Y/N POV:

It was a rainy night, my heart aches, "Please no" I sob and drive in the heavy  rain. I feel my tears drop on my lap.

Mason got into a car accident, My heart sinks deeper knowing that yesterday could be the last time i kissed him.

40 Minutes earlier.

Y/N POV:

I sit on my bed, I scroll on tiktok till i get a call from Masons mom, weird.. She usually doesn't call me.

Masons mom

Hi? "Y/N MASON..." she gulps threw her tears, i grab my car keys "What happened?!" "he got into a really bad car accident" She sobs and i gasp."will he be okay?!" "We dont know.. but he wants you here..or we hope he does he hasnt woken up." she cries and i feel my heart sink. I start the car "What hospital?!" "*****"

I park outside of the building and run inside the hospital, i wait in a line "Hi miss, how can i help you?" The front desk lady, named 'Mary' asks "Uhm im here to see mason thames its and emergency" i say out of breath, "hmm, mason thames" Mary types in he computer "Room 453" She smiles and i fill out the name tag.

I hop into the elevator and look for masons room, I pass by some adults with wires connected to them and others who family members smile with. I see Masons Parents standing out waiting for me, his mom is drenched in tears, his father comforts her and brooks sits in the chair and looking down.

"Y/n!!" His mom calls out "Hi miss i came in fast i could" I smile "call me Jane please" Jane smiles and I nod. "His in there, and" she starts to cry "His looks really hurt, but you can go in if you" She smiles and i hug her, I open masons door to have laying in bed,

His covered in bandages, his heart beat is slow.. his breathing is shaky. I walk next to him to see his arm, covered in bandages. The back of his head as-well. I sigh and look at his hair which is now a dark red, no longer a sweet brown. I pull the chair next to him and hold his still hand, i rub it with my thumb.

"Please wake up masey.. Im right here" I cry a bit on his hand, i kiss it and look back at him.. What even happened?

MASONS POV:

I drive to y/n's house as a surprise sleepover, i him to 'Small word by Mac Miller' Its raining not that hard but the road of the freeway was slippery. It was me and two other cars.

I hum and feel a bump to the back of my car, i look in the review mirror and a drunko is driving behind me, i roll my eyes and switch lanes, he follows. I groan as i feel a harder hit in the back hitting my head on the steering  wheel, "Fuck" I mutter and get up, i blink a while because one of my contacts feel out.

Great now his. next to me, i feel a bump to the side of my car i hit the seatbelt and my seatbelt comes off. He hits again and laughs.

The door opens. "WHAT THE FUCK MAN" I yell trying to drive away, he hits in me in the back again and i fall out. I hit the back of my head against the hard road. The guy gets out of his car and laughs in my face "Y/n.. im so sorry" I mumble aa everything becomes blurry.

I feel a firm hit to my chest and everything turns black.

Y/N POV:

I sleep on the chair as i head mason groan, "Mason?" I mumble, he blinks, "Where am i.." he mumbles "Mason!!" I kiss his temple and he looks at me.

"Who are you."

My heart aches "Y/n your girlfriend" I smile "no.. Your my sister." he mumbles "Mason what?" I rub his head " i dont have a girlfriend" He smiles. My jaw drops a little and i bite my lip.

"Mase you do have a girlfriend we have been dating since we were 14." I say softly and kiss him. "Who the hell are you where is my family?!" He stutters. I start to cry. How could he not remember me.. "Mason we have had sex. a billion times, you're my best friend, the king of my heart." I smile and he shakes his head "Im a virgin." He shrugs

"mason do you even know who i am.." I wipe my tears "A random girl" He shrugs, my heart shatters. into a million glass pieces "no this cant be happening, you have to remember me." I bite my lip and grab his phone, "Look this is me" he looks at his lock screen. he furrows his eyebrows. "Im sorry, your a very pretty lady, but i will like go see my family." H grabs his phone, "Mason i am your family." I shake.

His mom walks in and he hugs her "Mom!!" He smiles as he kisses her, i wipe my teats as he hugs all three of them "Who is she?" He looks at me , "Mason its y/n! your girlfriend" Brooke smiles "I dont have a girlfriend.. Im single" He scoffs "Mason ive heard you have.." brooke looks at her parents and shuts up.

"Im a virgin, ive never kissed a girl" He shrugs and looks at me. I run outside and cry, "Mason why cant you remember me." I bite my lip,  His mom walks outside of the room.

"Im sorry i made it about me.." I mumble as she sits next to me "Dont worry y/n, the doctor said its was likely for him to forget a few things but should remember in a few days. Its just the drugs they gave him." she smiles and rubs my back.

I nod "Maybe you should stay with him tonight" She suggests and I agree "Yea.." I smile threw my tears "You can try showing pictures and sharing stories!" She helps me up and we walk back into the room.

MASONS POV:

I see a pretty girl walk in, i know her face just doesn't know who to put it on, "Hi mason" She smiles, she looks like she was in tears. She sits next to me, i blush, fuck i wish i remembered her.

"Hi mason" She smiles my family leaves and shuts the door, "hi" I look at her i squint trying to remember her. "How you feeling?" She says and grabs her phone. I look at her wallpaper.. its me? "Just a headache" i smile "Oh.." she giggles. I yawn and lay down.

"sweet dreams mase" She smiles, i smile back and fall into a deep, sleep.

I wake up "Y/n?" I say slowly "Mase?" she smiles and hugs me "Hi baby" I kiss her softly "You remember me?" she says and giggles "Yea.. your my girlfriend, how could i not forget you" I. chuckle and she plays with my curls "Why?" I say with curiosity. "Oh well this is what. happened." She starts, god i can listen to her for ever.
