I walk into the classroom, Everyone looks up but a girl at the back of the classroom near a window "Oh, You must be Mason?" The teacher looks at me, she has brownish hair with some white streaks, "Oh yea, I just moved here from california." I say and smile proudly "Oh well nice to meet you, Welcome to 1st Period history" she smiles and shakes my hand. I hear whispering California? Why would he come to Utah. His cute, Not really his eyes but whatever. "You can sit next to y/n!" her soft voice hits my ear while she scans the room.
I sit next to y/n, I place my backpack next to my chair and she looks up "Who are you?" She takes off walkman headphones "Im Mason Thames, I just moved here" I smile, God shes pretty. "Oh okay, Uh Im y/n L/N , Ive lived in this dump my whole life" She moves her y/h/c away from her face and fixes her shirt

"Oh, We have 4 classes together, I dont have football 6th i have science 6th," She smiles and looks up from the paper "Cool, i dont know anyone so can we hangout?" I smile and she raises an eyebrow, "Me?! You can be a jock in 3 days tops, Date a cheerleader" She explains and i blush a bit "I mean i dont mind, I would love to have another friend than some gay nerd i met last year" She jokes and I smile "Gay?" I say and her smile disappear "Theres this kid, James his likes guys not girls, Im his only friend. His in my 6th period" She smiles and I nod "Would he like me?" I whisper and she shakes her head "He has a boyfriend" she looks up at me, I smile guys who like men ive never heard of it, its weird but its also cool,
LUNCH
Y/n pov:
I sit next to James and his boyfriend, "Hi y/n!!"james smiles and Charlie waves at me. "Hey so i made a new friend and his really cute" I explain and they look at each other, God i hate that look, like their speaking with their eyes, Mason walks over and sits nexts to me "Hi y/n" He places the tray down, I love his curls "Hi im james!" James pushes me to the side and charlie sits nexts to mason "Im charlie, James soon to be ex boyfriend" He jokes and james rolls his eyes,
They walk away and sit at another table leaving me alone with mason "So, uhm, Do you see anyone you like?" I Take a bite of the burger and be smiles "Yea" He mumbles "Okay Illl tell you taken and whos not" I smile and he chuckles, After I finally finsh pointing at every girl in the cafeteria there are only 3 girls who are single, Me , Jenny Vennse , And Lucy Mirly "Shes single" he takes a sip of his water and my eyes widen "You like jenny?!" I wasn't expecting that "whos that" He look confused and I shrug it off "You like Lucy?!" I smile, Lucy has been single forever, I had a boyfriend but he left me for another girl, "Nah, not my type" He shakes his head "Wait.." The bell cuts me off and mason grabs his book bag and runs to the locker room
Mason likes me? no maybe he was sad that the girl he liked was taken..
After school
I take off the chain off my bicycle and Masons shadow over cast me "Hey" He smiles and I bump my head againt the bicycle rack, "Holy mother of" i rub the back of my head. "Are you okay?" Mason helps me up.
I dont really reamber what happened next but according to James who was watching .
I fell on top of mason and he holds me by my hips, my checks turned bright red and mason kissed my forehead than my lips and-
"Shut up James that didnt happen" I write down some notes and glare at him "Yes it did" He groans and i sit back in my chair.
What Mason told me was that i fell back and he caught me. He waited for his mom to come and he dropped me off at my house.
"If it did happen then he wouldn't talk to me, The last time i made out with someone was 2 years ago." I start to pack up,
I walk out the classroom and bump into mason, his sweating and his breathing is very heavy, "Mason whats wrong?" I look up and he smiles "I wanted to walk you home, so you dont pass out tomorrow" He wipes the sweat of his forehead, "my mom took my bike so it can be fixed so sure" I shrug and Mason grabs my backpack from me.
We walk a few blocks, in silence, It was so awkward, We turn the coner "I can walk from here" I smile and he frowns "No its fine, I dont mind come on." He walks forward, Yesterday he left me here at the corner, "Mason no" He runs and i chase after him, We run a bit and he stops "Okay y/n wheres your house?" Mason says and smiles "Oh uhm, I. an grab my bag and" He cuts me off and puts my bag in the air, i cant reach it "Mason no please" I beg and he chuckles " fine next door down," I whisper and Mason walks forward.
I shake, Mason is going to freak when he sees my mom, "Y/n L/n" My mom booms and i shiver "Y/n there you are, I need you to buy me more beer and than go steal some dinner for yourself" She holds out a 20 dollar bill and i look up at mason, her speach is so slurred and she sways with. the wine bottle in her right hand "Mom, We dont have enough money for beer anymore" I lied and she raises the bottle and mason steps in "Hey miss maybe we shouldn't" He yells, My mom runs behind me and slaps the back of my head "I said buy me my beer" she screams and i start to cry "Mom we can't afford it anymore" I whisper and she hits me again, Mason walks up to her and i shake my head, she would beat his ass in a heart beat. "I said get me my beer, if you dont run in the count if three"She whispers and i grab the money, "Y/n.." Mason mumbles and my mom walks back to the house, I feel my cheeks turn red, I start to run
I ran all the way to the park, i sit on the bench, curl up on a little ball and cry, my heart aches "y/n?" I look up and Mason tilts his head, "What do you want?" I sob and he sits next to me "Why does she treat you like that" he rubs my back and i wipe my tears "It doesn't matter, I need to go buy beer" I get up and he grabs me by my wrist "y/n talk to me, You cant live like this anymore" He says and i sit back down, "My mom says she hates me because i act like my dad, I weak and a stupid ass hole" i say and gasp for air "Y/n, you need to get out of there, You cant live like this." He moves my fly away from my face "Its fine, I can get through it, 2 my years and i turn 18" I mumble and get back up "y/n stop" He gets up and walks with me, I speed up but he runs in front of me ~~ This is going to be two parts 🙌💪 Word counts:1390
