Chapter 16: You're Mine

Wednesday's POV

I wrap my hands around her neck to deepen the kiss. I've never felt so good about this, let alone kissing this girl above me. The pleasure that she gives is so addicting.

It makes me want to feel more.

I can feel her hand at the hem of my shirt.

"Enid"

The panic in our body when we heard a voice that made us fix ourselves and glance at Jesse seeing the pain and anger in her gaze as she looked at us

We're doomed aren't we?

"J-Jesse" Enid stammered she didn't know how to explain the situation.

She scoffed "I should've known" a tear fell down her cheek as she looked at us both before walking out.

"Wait Jesse!" Enid shouted as she walked out of the room to catch up with Jesse.

I think I just ruined a relationship..

I heard a familiar tapping noise again, I glanced at the hand who was signing.

"Did that feel good?"

"Thing." I glared at him, I'm seriously gonna rip off his fingers.

"Don't deny it, if Jesse didn't interrupt you guys would've made out, which I'm grateful for"

"I don't wanna hear it again."

"Or what? you're gonna rip off my fingers that I'm pretty sure it won't happen"

"If you insist, I will not hesitate at all"

The hand slightly moves back.

"But seriously, you're so obvious now"

That moment conquered my thoughts again. If Jesse didn't interrupt us, I think I would've done something.

I sigh in defeat "It hurts for me to say this but yes, I think I've fallen for her" my lips turned upwards at the thought but suddenly turn into serious gaze.

"But ruining her relationship was not my intention."

"Then you shouldn't have begged Enid to stay"

"My desire took over my body, the affection she did to me was something I've never felt before."

"So you'd rather fix her relationship than pursuing her as your girlfriend?"

"You know I'm not good with relationships" my voice was somber "I'm just gonna hurt her anyway"

"So you're just gonna let that slide?" I narrowed my brows when I heard a familiar voice. I tilt my head to see Yoko entering the room looking at me in disbelief.

"I did not give you permission to enter here." I glare at the vampire.

She raises her hand in surrender "Sorry I was just passing by and I heard you both talking" she points at the door "also the door was open"

I sigh "Whatever."

"But it's your loss if you let them together, just saying" she stated "I know you're scared and shit but don't you want to risk it for her? whatever the circumstances? because I know Enid will" she said with a teasing smile.

I rolled my eyes at her idea, but she's wrong either.

I guess I just have to risk it for her. And I know it's worth it the moment I feel her affection for me.

She was the one for me.
