"Don't do anything that's going to get you killed" he told her as she loaded her pistol.
"They killed my friends.. these assholes are dying tonight" she stated as she grabbed her coat and walked out the door.

Grace knocked on Hannahs door sometime around noon. "We're having lunch at Dairy Queen still, get dressed" she motioned her back inside her house. Grace sat on the porch and waited patiently. Eventually, Hannah poked her head out the door while trying to slip her shoes on.
"We should go pick up Levi" Hannah said.
"I already planned on it" Grace replied. Grace finally stumbled on to her porch and they began to walk. "So, I assume you're feeling better?" Hannah asked Grace.
"Something like that, yeah" Grace said trying to change the subject. A cold breeze brushed their faces as they walked down the sidewalk. This wasn't the breeze you'd consider chilling, as if it was fall or winter. This was the breeze that gave them goosebumps. Not from the cold though. It was more of a feeling of uncertainness. Grace turned around and studied the neighborhood. Hannah stopped with her and nudged her shoulder. "It's fine, keep walking." Hannah said as she grabbed graces shoulder. Grace continued walking. "Not to kill the mood, but why do you think they wanted to kill her?" Grace asked Hannah as they walked upon Dairy Queen. Hannah stopped in the parking lot. Grace stopped as well and turned around, facing her.
"I think what happened was something we couldn't control. I'm not even sure if we could've prevented it. Shit, why they did it, I also couldn't think of a single reason." she sighed. She looked at the sky. "You see that bright star up there? My mom use to always tell me that when a loved one passes away, a new star will appear in the sky. You'll know it's them because of how bright it is. I never believed it until she died. Then I saw what she meant. Now that I think about it, that star wasn't always there." she said as she pointed at a star that was supposed to represent Koko. Grace stood there and looked at the lit star. "Yeah, no offense Hannah, but I'm not going to rely on a star to know where she is right now." Grace said as she began walking toward the doors. "Okay yeah well, if she's not up there then I suppose she's there." Hannah said pointing at a picture of Koko and Grace that was pushing itself out of Graces pocket. "I'm sure that whoever is doing this will get caught up in it eventually. I'm not gonna let this town live like this. Not down this road above all. Anyways, shall we?" Hannah rushed up, opening the door for Grace. Grace smirked and walked in. "Hey, we never stopped at Levi's!" Hannah suddenly remembered.
"It's fine. I'm sure if he really wanted to meet up, he would've called." Grace said. They sat in a booth and chuckled.

Ron and Ren sat on the couch in their living room. Ron was scrolling on his phone when he poked her in the side. "Wanna go to a fun house tonight?" he asked her.
"When our town is in this condition? Hell no Ronnie!" she said in disbelief. He rolled his eyes.
"We need to get out of the house, please!" he said as he laid on her lap. "You won't regret it I promise!!" he begged. She rolled her eyes. Suddenly both of their phones buzzed. Them and everyone else in the friend group were in a group chat. Suddenly, an unknown number sent a picture. Ren covered her mouth with her hand. Ron starred at it with deer eyes. The picture was of Peyton in a hospital bed. The picture was taken at an angel. As if the one who took it was standing behind a door. Ren darted her eyes at Ron, who was already looking back at her.
"We're not going anywhere tonight" she stated. Ron still disagreed.
"I want to go out and have fun! I don't wanna live in fear because some monster wants to make a fool of us." he argued.
"Ronnie, there's a fine line between making a fool of us and killing us!"
"Oh yeah, because weakness is what we need to show this psychopath right now." Ron stood up and grabbed his car keys. "I'll be waiting for you in the car."
Ren sat there and hesitated to put her shoes on. Eventually, she gave in and walked out to the car as well. She opened the passenger door as she felt a drop of liquid hit her cheek. It was beginning to rain. It was cold. She sat down in the car seat and goosebumps raised on her arms.
"Turn the heat on, it's cold." she demanded.
"Feels fine to me." he said.
"You literally dragged me out here, turn the damn heat on motherfucker" she said as her eyes looked him up and down. She watched him as if she had just seen a small dinosaur take her Gucci wallet. His eyes widened and he didn't argue. He turned the heat all the way up.
"Not that high jerk face!" she yelled. He sighed and brought the dial to the middle.
"Is that better?" he asked.
"Yes! Yes it is.' she said with a smirk face. He rolled his eyes and backed out of the driveway. As they drove down their neighborhood, she noticed how gloomy it's become since the recent murders. There were barely any kids outside and more people were home than usual. Not outside though of course, inside. She saw a couple kids leaning against a tree with a couple of vapes. She watched the smoke float in the air as they drove past them. It was almost as if she could feel herself inhaling it just from inside the car. She choked on her thoughts when Ronnie started to talk about a new Lego set that he wanted to get.

Ally scooted around in her rolling chair, pushing herself from one side of the room to the other. Sam walked into her room with steam pouring out her ears. "Where are my tapes at you slimy cu-" Ally interrupted her before she could finish. "Before you finish that question, I'd advise you think about what's best for your teeth. And for the record, I didn't touch your damn tapes." she finished as she continued to work on her small little project. Sam huffed and puffed.
"What are you working on anyway?" Sam asked.
"I'm putting pieces together, that's all." Ally said as she tied another red rope to its destination. It was a picture of Sam. The red rope was connecting her picture and the theater.
"You can't be serious. You don't actually think it's me, do you?" Sam asked Ally, worried.
"Did I say it was you?" Ally said, giving Sam a small side-eye. Sam observed the entire board.
"You forgot something." Sam said as she tied a rope from Kais' picture to a new picture that she pulled out of her pocket."
"Who's that guy?" Ally asked her with a snare.
"Milo Ekker." Sam stated.
"Where'd you find that??" Ally wondered as she began procrastinating. Ally started to worry that everything was wrong.
"It's from my tapes that all of a sudden went missing. Him and Kai are related I'm pretty sure." Sam said as she knotted the rope and stared at Ally.
"What if..." Ally started. She took out her sticky notes and drew something that looked like a... tape. She ripped it off and pinned it to the board. She began to speak again. "someone stole \ those tapes." she theorized as she gripped another string of red rope in her hands. They stood there together, admiring the board.
