....

Istanbul, Octobre 1945.

Kiraz looked around the room she occupied for weeks, noticing details more now, her princess mother, how had she adapted to life on the roads of deportation ?

Her heart hurt, she had been so disgusted with the wealth she saw arriving here at first, almost convinced that her mother had betrayed her father for it. Now, knowing that her mother had renounced to all of it out of loyality to her father made Kiraz's heart hurt. She was so wrong about Eda Yıldız.

Eda Yıldız that risked her life so many times and that gave everything up. Her refusal to give her away shattered Kiraz, because that meant Eda had to do it against her will, ultimately. And that meant that her abandon wasn't sign of her carelessness for her, but probably the mark of wrenching. And if, if this woman was alive today still, she must still think of her, of her first baby, even if she had had more.

Downstairs, she met with Melek, and Ceren that she had both called. Ceren looked around and felt uncomfortable, she hadn't returned here since the last time she saw Eda, over twenty two years ago, the place felt eerie.

Kiraz looked at both of them with red rimmed eyes. "I went to meet Arslan Yıldız in prison today." She admitted.

Ceren gasped. "You shouldn't have!" She said out of protection.

"Arslan's in prison ?" Melek was slower to catch up, but she almost felt glad, for all the misery that man had put her Eda in, he deserved it.

"He told me everything...they, him, Mustafa Yıldız and her smaller brother, they trapped Eda Yıldız. They made her and my father think they were meeting to arrange their wedding, instead, they planned to split them by portraying my father as a radical. But, things escalated, my father shot and killed Mustafa and Ayaz Yıldız in self defense. Eda, she believed he was too radical and far gone and blamed him for it, she hated him for months. Then, she learnt the truth, and Arslan Yıldız told her to pick between marrying a pretendant he selected and deportation, he had all records of her activities within the organisation." Ceren held her heart.

"No no, he had said marrying that Sultan, or he'd sell her...I mean uh.." Melek stammered.

"He changed the deal when she learnt the truth." Kiraz sighed.

"And she chose..." Ceren knew the anwser, her eyes were wide with shock.

"She chose being deported." Kiraz confirmed, with a heavy voice.

She watched as Ceren's eyes filled and Melek blinded in shock.

"My father was deported too, right after he killed Mustafa Yıldız." Kiraz sighed.
