A/N: Just updated the notes. See it and you can see that this is the first time I'm going to add Real Life Issues and problems. "Politics, Stereotypes, Etc" I'm not going to over the board with them. Instead I'm going to make fun of them. "Dark Comedy". But might not write much of that. I'm more of a Serious and Gritty writing person.

I was sitting on a rooftop. there was no cars around. It was snowing. I was Bored and lost. I felt like my whole job of killing Thugs feels useless. I feel like I need to move on from this and just live peacefully.

I always wanted to come back at the foundation for revenge but it's impossible since they have the damn government on their side and a ton of weaponry and power while I'm one person with a deadly ability arsenal.

I've got allies myself. But if I tell them to help me attack the foundation. They're not coming.

The only reason I became a Vigilante is because I wanted to get back at The Foundation. Criminals are basically Target patatice. But I think I got the hang of this.

I originally was going to flee to Canada and start a new life when I was older after escaping Captivy. Apparently, Canada is more normal than America right now. Politics, Crime, Foundation.

With these powers. I guess I could call myself a coward if I fled this shit country.

So I stayed. Chicago was a good city to start at. It was a C.O.A.S. Crime rate was though the roof. Low Foundation and SCP presence.

New York was also my original idea to fight but apparently The Foundation and Locals were at War. It originally was a S.E.A.S. Until The NYLF "New York Liberation Front" and The Foundation were causing too much problems were i probably couldn't mind my own business.

The NYLF was only a cell. The TNF "The New Frontier" control Liberation Fronts in different states and Countries.

The New Frontier were founded in 2007 When Foundation Soldiers opened fire on some Protesters in London. The TNF have been Classified as a Terrorist Organization by The Foundation and then Followed by the Governments. It's Unknown how they manged to get so many people fighting for them and getting many Resources.

Even the TNF are as extreme as the Foundation. So I don't blame The Foundation for calling them that even though I hate them.

The West Coast is where the Resistance is the heaviest in this country. Las Vegas is living up to it's Fallout Comparison. The Entire West Coast has been Classified as a Dog Zone.

Lot's of SCPs also roam the West Coast, The South, Etc. sometimes you see them East of here. But most of them are at the Middle. The one's in The East are mostly ones that want to escape the Chaos. Or just looking for a different Playground to Cause problems.

The East Coast is probably safe... For now. the safest parts of the country. Only problem are some Crime, Liberation Fronts, Foundation. New York is where the TNF are trying to move.

But the foundation won't let them. Good because ounce New York becomes a Bloody stage. Foundation might try something.

I got interrupted by a Scream farther away. Super jumping at the location. I landed on the road and almost hit a abandoned car.
