Jules lets out a sob first before feeling his lips tremble. His vision started to blur because of the tears he'd suppressed while reading Hasley's last entry in her diary. Patuloy na tumutulo ang mga luha niya, hindi alintana kung mabasa man ang ibang pahina ng diary ng nobya.
In an attempt to alleviate the pain, he's been experiencing, he clenches the shirt close to his chest where it aches the most. But no matter how tightly he squeezes his shirt, the excruciating anguish persists.
Jules is indeed unaware of the possibility of suffering consequences from decisions you believe would not harm you.
Ngayon lang niya natapos basahin ang diary ni Hasley.
At first, he's enjoying her stories. Like how her day went with their friends, her rants because somebody annoyed her, and her I love yous and I miss yous that made his heart flutter.
Now, he couldn't stop crying. The memories of him and Hasley was flashing in his head. Her smile, her laugh, the way she talks, her hugs, and her kisses, it's all in his head.
"Julio, you will attend a meeting in a few. Stop crying like a dog." His dad suddenly came inside of his room.
Parang sirang plaka. Parang motor na naubusan ng gas. Parang bahay na naputulan ng kuryente. At parang apoy na kumupas ang paningin niya para sa ama.
Dahan-dahan siyang tumayo habang pinupunasan ang mukha. He coldly stares at his father. "Um-attend ka ng meeting mag-isa mo. Uuwi na ako kay mama."
Holding the diary in his hands, he walked out of his room.
Away from his heartless father.
